Nine Wisteria Lane is a 1 level (no stairs), renovated and updated house, much larger than your typical 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, villa or townhome (no issues with parking (3 SUVs fit in driveway,and no stairs to access property & inside home) & more private (no neighbors above or below) + FENCED IN BACKYARD.(very rare in Sea Pines). Located just over 1 mile to the beach! in SEA PINES!
2023 Enlarged Master Bath -curb less shower & Enlarged Walk -In Closet, Renovated 2nd Bath, New Custom 4' wide Front door, Custom Built in Pantry Cabinet, Cabinets refreshed with paint & soft close hinges, New Solid Core Interior Doors. Removed Popcorn Ceilings, Enlarged front & back patios, Exterior Repainted, Additional Recess Lighting, Re-sodded backyard, Added large stepping stones to exterior storage room from driveway and grass to fence gate.
Updates from May 2024- 3 New Sliding Glass Doors & New "Reading Chair.

Dog(s) must be approved (which also means prior to accepting a reservation). $250/WEEK/DOG- 2 DOGS $500/WEEK. Vrbo requires me to edit your quote if 2 dogs are approved. No XL dogs (size of a small pony, like a Great Dane), our home is not large enough.

Please do not inquiry if you dog gets on your furniture at home or if you have a "lap dog". We are not the right home.
We have invested a great deal of time & money to make this home the best it can be for us and others. A dog is never allowed on the furniture/beds/comforters/blankets/benches/tables/chairs. A dog must be potty trained (No pee pads). Dog crate must be used when adults are not at home. No exceptions. I have plenty of guests that stay in our home without pets. They expect my furniture & furnishing to be nice (not a dog bed). Your understanding & cooperation is appreciated.
Welcome to Nine Wisteria Lane located in the middle of a subtropical & picturesque setting of Greenwood Forest in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation…just off the Sea Pines bike trails and just a short bike ride to the beach (1.1 mile), Harbor Town (2 miles), & South Beach Village (3 miles).
Nine Wisteria Lane is located across the street from the 5th fairway and 6th tee box of the Harbour Town Golf Link -We hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do!
As a guest at in Greenwood Forest, you’ll have access to our neighborhood pool during the warm seasons (April 15- October 15-not heated), play area, & tennis court (now pickle ball available on tennis court). You’ll also have access to Sea Pines’ Beach Club**

1 Level House-(no steps) - Semi-Circular Driveway w/landscape lighting – room for 3 SUV’s
2 bedrooms (king size & queen size beds)
2 bathrooms + great room sleeper sofa-queen size (sleeps 5).
Living Room has a sleeper sofa - queen size - (common area)
I am supplying all linens, bath towels & kitchen towels/pot holder. There is plenty of full size laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap available for everyone. Just in case if there any little spills or accidents, I have plenty of cleaning supplies located in the laundry room. Beach towels are also available to use (located in laundry room).
Fully stocked kitchen with a Double oven range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator w/ice maker, Coffee maker, KEURIG COFFEE MAKER, Toaster , Blender, Cuisinart Stainless Steel), Can opener (Electric & Manual), Dishes, Glasses & Flatware.
3 TV’s which include, 65" flat screen 4/23 in family, 2nd bed rm. 2/24 50" flat screen TV, 50" flat screen in the Master 4/21, DVR, HBO, free unlimited long distance calling (within the US), free high speed & wireless internet (password protected) Upgraded 4/17/24 600 x 60 Mbps
Small video & book library for all ages to enjoy.
Exterior Storage Room has beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, wagon & bike trailers (3). Other beach toys, coolers, beach bags, etc.

King size bed w/ Simmons Beautyrest Ultra Firm ( King Mattress Set, private master bathroom w/ neural tile, Flat screen 50" TV (wall mounted) & DVD player, large walk-in closet, ceiling fan, computer desk, dresser, reading lamp & outdoor patio. Gel foam mattress topper for guest who prefer a less firm mattress. 3/23).
Oversized Second bedroom:
Queen size bed w/ a Simmons Beautyrest Helena Plush mattress set, 50" Flat Screen TV, DVD player, dresser, bench, reading lamp and spacious closet- shares hallway bath.

Walk to our community center with a pool, basketball court, tennis court (with pickle ball), and a children's playground
Come & enjoy the Plantation Golf Club and Fraser's Tavern. The building features history-minded details, as well as modern, first class finishes.
The restaurants & shops of South Beach Marina & the Calibogue Sound lie to the southwest. Walk, bike, or drive to the championship golf courses, tennis courts, or beaches. Walk to the Harbour Town golf links, home of the Heritage pro tour golf tournament. Walk or bike to the Sea Pines Racquet Club, Walk to the Sea Pines Center for your morning coffee, croissant & newspaper.
We have arrangements with Riding Tigers Bike Rentals to obtain discounted pricing on bike rentals for our guests. They offer free delivery, locks and baskets as well.
A few reminders about Sea Pines: No RV's (which include Mercedes), no boats, trailers, motorcycles or Electric Bikes/scooters are allowed. No tents can be left overnight on the beach, no private wedding at property or on the beach.
Sea Pines is a natural habitat, we have gators, coyotes, snakes, deer and others.
Vehicles have the right away not pedestrians or bikers. Please be aware of your surroundings. Sea Pines charges $10 for any delivery (groceries, Uber eats, Grub Hub) Uber is allowed. Lyft $10
**Sea Pines Resort manages the Beach Club parking lot. Limited available parking during non peak times. (SPRING -3rd week of March - 1st of Sept., SHUTTLE TO BEACH CLUB 9am-5pm only). Our family moved to Cumming, Ga after living in Johns Creek, Ga. for 16 years. Born and raised in Atlanta, I graduated from Georgia Tech. Realtor in state of Georgia. Life is busy and we cannot use our home as much as we thought we would be able, so we decided to share it. I have come to know many wonderful people who return year after year. Why they chose this property
We were vacationing with friends who owned a home in Sea Pines. We loved it so much we decided to buy a home for ourselves to enjoy. We love the natural setting, wonderful white sandy beaches and miles and miles of bike trails. It is such a relaxing environment. My son loves to skim board and boogie board at the beach. One of the dogs loves visiting Lawton Stables. There is never a dull moment!
What makes this property unique
We actually purchased this home as a second home with no intentions of renting. We finally realized we just are not able to visit as often as we would like so we decided to share our home with others. We have updated most of the home. Our home feels larger than the actual square footage. Very Spacious bedrooms. It is a great home, located on a quiet street in Greenwood Forest. We are very centrally located in Sea Pines. We are not the biggest or the closest to the beach but we do offer an excellent vacation value. We visit several times a year to keep our home in top condition. We are proactive homeowners so this is our home not just a rental. We hope enjoy our home as much as we do!
