Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start the dishwasher 3 hours prior to checking out so it can run a full cycle before the housekeepers get there at 10:00.
Please log out of all streaming se4rvices like Netflix on both TV's, leave the remotes near the TV's and put both TV's back on the Spectrum home screen.
1 - Make sure to leave the beach closet key hanging by the front door for the next traveler. 2 - If you used the sleeper sofa, please leave it open so the housekeepers know to inspect it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No pets allowed on furniture. If you leave your pets in the villa while out please make sure they are quiet. Barking etc., will not be tolerated.
If pets leave excessive pet hair that requires the housekeeprs to work extra, that cost may be passed along to you. Please be mindful of hair.

Great condo super close to the beach in an awesome neighborhood. Check-in and pick up of our parking pass was a breeze and Pamela made everything very simple for our stay. Our dogs loved the walk out access from the condo and ample areas to explore on and around the property. The bed is very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our time away from home to make it an enjoyable vacation. Fabulous restaurants nearby and super friendly people. Highly recommend!

We did not use the pool. Folly Field is our favorite part of the island, easy 4-minute walk to the beach. Good pathways to walk the neighborhood with our fur baby. Condo was very, very clean. We are grateful for the few short days that we spent there.

I can’t say enough good things about this property. It had everything we needed! Five minute walk to the beach, beautiful property and home. Communication with owner was great. It truly felt like home for a week! Great if you have a pet too. The owner literally thought of everything.

Wonderful Stay

You can tell the owner is proud of the home. She is very caring and responsive. The home was decorated nicely, extremely clean, and well equipped. Even had ample coat hangers in the closet! Little things like that mean a lot. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy it.

Amazing stay at “The Coast Is Clear” villa in Hilton Head S.C.

We had such a great time at the Villa. The condo was beautiful and the check in process was so easy. So much to see and do on the island from biking, walks on the beach, and amazing restaurants. Our host was extremely helpful throughout our stay and we definitely hope to come back.

Relaxing vacation at the villa.

The one bedroom villa is very clean, well maintained and had new appliances. The pool on the property was very relaxing and quiet. The location is close to the beach, restaurants, shopping and many walking trails. Pamela, are host was great. We really enjoyed are stay!

Excellent property

Pamela was a great host and the property was one of the most well appointed we have stayed at Hilton Head. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay close to the beach, but a bit out of the hustle and bustle of some areas on the island.

Can't wait to come back!

We loved everything about this little place. It has great beach access, pool, whatever you need. The bed is super comfy and Elizabeth provided all the essentials. We brought our 11 year old beagle along and she made herself right at home. We will definitely stay again!

We loved this rental and the location! Nice and quiet with a short walk to the beacha Fantastic kitchen cookware! The bike paths all over the island are wonderful! Our favorite beach site was Fish Haul.

Good and quiet neighborhood. Well maintained! Last time we stayed in Hilton head it was not great in terms of cleanliness, this stay was very clean. Found a gem at Burkes beach. Very quiet for our little family. Pamela’s place is ideal for a small family!

This was our first time at Hilton Head and we will be back! This condo is a great place to stay. Elizabeth has everything you need for an excellent week of relaxation! The pet package was perfect for our two fur babies! The unit is so comfy and relaxing, we will be back again for sure!

Stones throw stay

Wonderful property close to the beach and attractions. Appreciate the ability to bring our family dog as he is older and doesn’t like being left behind. Nicely updated bathroom and kitchen and the bed is super comfortable. Enjoyed our stay and we’re happy with access to laundry for beach towels!

Beautiful Condo and great stay!

We had a great stay in this 1 bedroom condo close to the beach. We brought our dogs, and they had water bowls, dogs towels, and even a crate to accommodate them. It is such a close walk to the beach, and so comfortable for 2 people. Impressed by the quality of finishes and small touches—hooks everywhere to hang stuff to dry, travel sized things in the bathroom, coffee provided, etc. we stay here every year and love it!
