Newly renovated master bath w/ walk in shower, spacious bright open concept LR, DR, kitchen, w/ private courtyard. Designer inspired coastal chic for the beachy atmosphere. Sit and relax in the private courtyard, lounge in the sun while having an afternoon drink and BBQ. Watch golfers at the driving range or Trent golf course just a short walk from the villa. Go for a swim in the 1 of 5 community pools. Short walk to the beach or call the dune buggy for a ride.

The space
Foodies have a full amenity modern kitchen that chefs love. Take in the afternoon sun in the private courtyard drying off from a relaxing swim. Outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the day at the beach. Bike, hike or jog on the resort friendly paths. Build sand castles on the beach or tee off at the 3 in resort golf courses.

Relax at the great beaches. Take a ride on the scenic bike trails. Kayak the 12 miles of lagoons. Golf the three courses on site (Trent Jones, Fazio, and Arthur Hill). Play pickle ball or tennis. Great biking/walking trails. Free on call in resort shuttle April-Sept. Uber and Lyft serviced if you want to go out for happy hour. An hour drive to Savanna or under two hours to Charleston to see the southern charms.

Nice Place Good Location

This is a very nice property located within a five minute walk from the golf and tennis Center. House was very clean and furnishings were all in excellent condition. Host was extremely responsive. Please note that while the kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and other supplies there is nothing consumable in this house, including salt and pepper. Also, you need to get your parking pass on the way into the property which we did not realize. We had a great time and would rent this house again.

Comfortable and convenient

Great location for a home base for our first trip to HHI. We were visiting the area as a possibility for next move. We brought our two small dogs with us, and we were able to leave them behind a few times without worry bc the area is secluded and safe. The home was as advertised. Kitchen very well equipped. Mattress very comfortable. Exceptionally clean in every room. Nice new furnishings and materials. Check in process was super easy. We came in way later than we planned d/t late start followed by meeting up with a traffic barrel base on 95 :(. We were able to come through the resort gate at 1:30 am without any problems, and the keyless code to get in and out was easy breezy. Thanks to Patti and team for making your home available to us!
