Comfy and quiet, this is a nice alternative to hotel or urban accommodation. Apt is open, modern, and well equipped. Great room, open kitchen, full bathroom, and bedroom with queen size bed. Additional convertible queen size sofa for 2 Close walking distance to shopping, & NYC trains and buses.

The space
Easy access our Apt. It is on the first floor, a few steps above ground level. Art on the walls and hardwood floors help give it a special feel. The apartment is well equipped and can accommodate up to four adults. There is a 49" smart LG new flat screen TV , the Apt is equipped with Verizon Fios for internet, & WI Fi for guests, Streaming TV with hundreds of programing choicesl. For your Laundry there are coin operated washers and dryers a level below the Apt. Bedroom sleeps two in a Queen size bed. The prices indicated for the Apt are based on single or double occupancy. The unit has a convertible queen size sofa to allow for one or two more guests (more then two guest an extra fee of $35 per night will be charged per night) Our Apt is 20 minutes to EWR airport and convenient for those interested in visiting the big apple but desire the relaxing atmosphere of or experience of the suburbs.

Guest access
The Apt is the perfect location; a few minutes walk to NY city Transportation, it is in the downtown. The downtown area is historic, it received the "great American Mainstreet" award several years ago. It has terrific restaurants, bars, live music, movie theater, boutiques & national shops: Gap, Banana Republic,Starbucks, Lord and Taylor, Trader Joe’s and more. Prior to your arrival we will arrange by text or phone, access to the APT. Since Feb 2020 we have been doing self check in The Keys will be in a lock box for self entry.

Interaction with guests
Before and while the guests are here, we keep in touch, via phone or emails.
Other things to note
Please let us know if there is a need for parking or if you are coming without a vehicle. We can arrange for one parking spot behind the building if needed by the guest. Please advise your visitors not to park in the spots behind the building but to use public parking on the street or in the public lot.
