Everything about this rental was wonderful - clean, organized, great communication with property manager, and plenty of room for our family. An absolutely beautiful home and we look forward to future visits!

Wonderful vacation location.

It is not easy to find the combination amenities that this property offered us…easy private beach access, lake view, lovely home with ample beds and baths. We were pleased with the outdoor spaces (although having a more accessible outdoor grill would have been appreciated). With all the steps in the home, the functioning elevator was a big plus for move in/move out and for those who are unable to climb steps.

Great family vacation home

Review for stay at Top Notch VRBO Holland MI Stay date: 6-13 6-14 and 6-15 2024 Top Notch was a great gathering place for our family. There were 11 of us that included 5 children. The home was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The welcome book/binder was great as there were recommendations for nearby restaurants We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. The elevator was great for transporting items to the 3rd floor. We also loved the décor. We had plenty of room for our group size. Highly recommend this home for family vacations/gatherings.

Family Summer Beach Vacation

GREAT property, with everything you will need - beach towels, beach chairs, tv's, beautiful sunset views from 3rd floor deck! Perfect location - short walk to quiet, private beach. We have been staying at same beach for years, this home was best so far!

Beautiful Beach House

We spent a long weekend in June at this beautiful beach house. The private beach was a short walk down the road. It was clean and not crowded compared to the public beach. We made several dinners in the spacious kitchen with plenty of utensils and pots and pans. We loved sitting out on the third floor deck or by the fire on the first floor every evening. Erin was super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this property.

Great Beach House!

This was the start of a new annual family vacation! We LOVED the house. It’s perfect for large groups and has pretty much everything you could want or need. Kitchen is well equipped! Plenty of towels and beach towels. I honestly can’t say enough about the home. Management company is quick to reply to any questions. The only downside I have to say is the beach use. Just beware that the “regulars” make it very clear where and what is their beachfront property. As long as you stay away from it, you’ll be great! The homeowners have done a great job with instructions on beach use as well as details for entire use of house. The home is gorgeous and we made some long lasting memories. Thank you to the homeowners for allowing us the opportunity to use their home!!

Wonderful house in a beautiful setting. Beach nearby. Oh those sunsets!

The house is so modern, convenient, clean, beautifully decorated, and provided a great gathering place for our adult children and grandchildren. There were 10 of us. It worked out so well.

Great family get-a-way!

We had 6 adults and two children! More than enough room for all of us in this home. Well stocked kitchen which was crucial because we like to cook. Bedding was great . The whole house just worked!! I definitely recommend!

Sunshine Escape Ahhhh

Our family is scattered in three states and four cities, so this trip was to bring us all together in one lovely setting. On a previous trip the rental we chose was cool in the photos and Very disappointing on arrival. Sunshine escape is exactly as shown. I loved that it was clean, beautifully decorated and perched such that the upper floor view was awesome. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was nicely furnished which was good for our family meals. I appreciate that there were leftover items so that we did not have to buy salt and pepper, coffee filters etc. These little things mean a so much when you have limited time together. The place has great explanations for the remotes, etc. We needed to communicate with the local managers a couple of times and they were super responsive. The house has multiple hangout areas and spaces large enough for all be in one place too. When you walk the beach, be sure you note where the steps lead! We forgot the first time we went out and spent time finding our way back up. That was on us though. The cell service was intermittent, which affected finding the house at the end and early communications as everyone arrived. But we were not there to be on on phones, so it was okay. I just recommend that you not try to conduct a zoom conference call etc. Thank you for an incredible home to reconnect our family.

We spent Memorial Day wknd at this beautiful spot. The home had everything we needed for a super relaxing holiday. A short stroll to the beach and cozy decks to enjoy the water view, the house was great!
