Baywatch Tower is located near the ocean with shopping centers and restaurants within walking distance. The city of Manila recently renovated the pedestrian area of the bay across from Baywatch and is popular for walking and running, especially in the early morning. Sometimes you can watch dragon boat races from your balcony.

There are jeepneys and taxis that constantly pass by the entrance of the building.
The journey from the airport to Baywatch Tower takes about 20 minutes.
To get to the shopping centers, the quickest way is to jump in the back of one of the jeepneys that pass in front of the building, it costs only 7 pesos each way and takes about 5 minutes to get to a center commercial in either direction; my favorite is the Robinsons shopping center which is very close, it is large and modern with a lot of food choices, many cinemas with recent films in English.

For convenience, there is a 7-Eleven (convenience store open 24 hours a day) near Baywatch Tower.

Parking is available near Baywatch Tower at a cost of PHP 200 per day.
