Ocean view home with swimming pool overlooking premiere surf break in Nicaragua. Stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, custom furniture . 4 min walk to Nahualapa Bay in front with beach, lagoon, restaurant/bars and surf breaks close but just far enough to enjoy privacy and jungle sounds.
Main House: 2 beds with Queen and twin in each. Each with separate shower. All rooms have AC. . Indoor living area upstairs has amazing ocean and jungle views from all angles. Extra sleeping on couches and air mattresses. Outdoor covered porches on both levels with fans. Enjoy the sunsets and ocean views. Rates for main house only are $175 per night.

Casita: 1 queen and 1 pull out full bed/couch. Fully equipped kitchen and bar eating area. AC and indoor/outdoor fans and a comfortable deck area with hammock and bench seating. Casita price is $100 per night if rented alone, $205 if rented together with main house.
