Dry clean. Has all necessary amenities. Very centrally located with excellent access to public transport, sites, and shops. Caveat: 47 narrow circular stairs to front door. Incredible location!

Apartment is nicer than photos. Located in a perfect area of Toulouse, but also very quiet. Everything is close by. Toulouse is such a great walking city. Patricia was great at checkin.

Neat old building

Location is perfect, you are walking distance to so many great attractions. We don’t have buildings this old in the US, so it was really cool to stay in an old place like this. Note: if you are over 6 ft tall, the bathroom will be a challenge for you- it’s very tight in there and I had to sit sideways on the toilet to have room for my legs.

Historical Gem

We lived in this apartment for four weeks. It is totally functional, spacious, all of the appliances perform well. A 15-minute cycle on the washing machine is a splendid option. The loft bedroom is very comfortable. Instead of counting sheep, one can count the bricks along the arch of the opposite brick wall (fireplace) while admiring the workmanship. Spoiler alert….there are 41. The apartment is a perfect backdrop to appreciating the history of Toulouse. We so enjoyed the narrow (medieval?) streets. The nearby Marché des Carmes provides wonderful produce with friendly vendors. We loved the prepared foods and realized that we did not need to cook very often. We could buy suitable portions of meals that met all of our needs. We would love to return.

Quel emplacememt magnifique au centre ville dans un environnement d epoque impressionnant mais l appartement est bien triste dans son offre. La litetrie est à changer et surtout mettez des draps de la taille du lit. Le canapé lit est une catastrophe des années 80' totalement defoncé. Mettre des draps avec des couvertures ne serait pas un luxe. La salle de bain est pour petits maigres aimant la douche sans pression. Trop petit pour 3 personnes. Manque un seche linge pour eviter cette odeur d humidité. Il est temps de penser renovation. Le prix est correct mais vraiment maximum. catastrophe des annees 1980catastrophe

Located in a Good spot in Toulouse

A lot of fun. Apartment was 100m from the nearest metro stop ... very easy to get to. It is an old building, so no lift. Close to the center of Toulouse, lots of restaurants and sites. Apartment is newly remodeled. I would suggest new towels for the bathroom; that is my only suggestion for improvement.

Historic setting

Once you enter the 16th century courtyard you return to the past. No car noises, wooden stairs, brick walls. It as a bit hot since there is no AC and we were in the middle of a heat wave, but the settings are incredible.

Unique property, great location

The property was very unique with a medieval setting accessed through a private court yard. The location could not be better. It is in the heart of city and all of the highlights are walkable. It was also very convenient to have the Esquirol metro station metro station so close for getting to and from the train station.

A Gem in Toulouse

This is the most outstanding property. Being a 16th century building, you are taken back in time as soon as you enter the building. Within walking distance to everything you would want to see in Toulouse and in the heart of restaurants and the hustle and bustle of the city. Our hosts were wonderful, checking in to make sure our stay was going well. Highly recommend!!
