We now have 4 amazing properties directly above the Jamestown Marina and 2 boat ramps..
Come and check out our renovated lake house that sits above the Jamestown Resort & Marina on beautiful Lake Cumberland. It is nestled in the edge the woods on a dead end road in the Harbor Springs Community with only a few residence so no through traffic, creating a quiet vacation retreat. Our home is fully equipped for your family and friends. We have a huge concrete driveway that will fit multiple cars, trucks or suvs. There is plenty of room to park your boat, personal watercraft or trailer if you choose to dock your boat for the weekend.

The house has an open floor plan which we love and is great for cooking, entertaining, playing games, chilling, etc.. The main floor has one large bedroom (King Bed) with attached full bath, kitchen, living room, laundry/pantry. The second floor has an awesome view of the downstairs from the overlooking breezeway that leads to each of the two bedrooms. The first bedroom has 1 queen bed and a bunk bed with plenty of room to spare. It has has an attached full bath that also opens to the second upstairs bedroom. The second bedroom has a king bed. There are ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms and the main living room area. All Bedrooms have TVs and DVD players for your entertaining needs.

Great spot for a family vacation!

This house was perfect for our family. Everything was clean and exactly what I expected from the online listing. Loved the screened in porch! So close to the marina and we had a fantastic time on the lake. We are definitely booking for next year!

Perfect location and size

This house fit our needs very well. The room layouts and having 2 bathrooms worked really well. Was a short drive to the boat ramp. The driveway was wide enough for our car and the truck and boat to park each night. We will plan to stay here again upon our return.

We Loved It!!

For several years a small group of our friends from high school get together and go to Lake Cumberland a couple of times each summer. We all thought this was the nicest place we have ever stayed in. It is beautiful, clean, nicely decorated and the owners provided all the amenities that we needed. We definitely hope to be back next year!

Beautiful fall getaway

The house was immaculate when we arrived and check in was easy. The property manager was very attentive to any questions. There neighborhood was beautiful and we saw deer daily and even a fox.

WE STAYED FOR THE WEEKEND TO GO TO THE LAKE AND IT WAS PERFECT. THE HOUSE WAS BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN. THEY HAD ALL THE NECESSITIES THERE THAT WERE NEEDED. THE HOSTS WERE VERY RESPONSIVE ANY TIME WE HAD A QUESTION AND THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!

Truly enjoyed our stay

This listing is fantastic. Very modern, very clean, and exactly like the listing (pictures & description). We had a great time out everyday and grilled fabulous dinner every night. The property owner was very easy to work with. There were no negatives at all, 5 star rating all the way. If you stay, make sure to grab ice cream at Reel Java & Creamery, close by and very good.

Your lake house is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed our long weekend away and the guys got to fish. The house is very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The beds are extremely comfortable. A lot of things within the general area yet you still can seclude yourself if you want. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for sharing your lake house.

Cumberland fishing trip

Excellent location, 10 minute drive to Jamestown Marina (go there and try Mama JJs BBQ, you'll be glad you did). Outdoor living space is excellent with a screened in sunroom, perfect for morning coffee and large deck with a gas grill, super clean living areas and rooms, well equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood, large concrete drive for multiple cars and a truck and a boat. Excellent stay overall. I would stay here again. Quick communications with owner. Zero complaints.

Awesome sleeping conditions!

The beds and bedding are ****4 star hotel quality! The house seems brand new. Very clean. Just the right amount of living space equal to beds. The appliances and cooking utensils were just what is needed. Working with the owners and check in/check out was the easiest I’ve experienced in 10 years of renting houses. The only detail that wasn’t what we expected but was just a misunderstanding in the listing was that we thought the screen porch had a lake view through the trees. No matter! During daylight we were on the boat which is a quick easy trip to the Jamestown dock.

Perfect vacation home.

This Jamestown house is the perfect vacation home. It is so clean, has a modern touch, fresh paint, all new appliances, and new knife set, and a large living room space. We spent our mornings enjoying the screened in porch area and the evenings outside in the front where there is a dinner table , large grill area and Adirondack chairs to spread out and sit out under the stars. Jared the owner responds quickly to text and e-mails. We locked ourselves out and he saw my text within minutes. So friendly and accommodating to having everything just perfect when you arrive. The house is a short drive to the marina for boating. We loved our stay at the house so much, and the marina, that we stayed twice this summer. Thanks Jared. We plan to return again next summer.
