In the summer months, reservations held from ******Saturday to Saturday******** receive the discounted weekly rate. To receive the discounted rate, check in and check put must occur between consecutive Saturdays. You may check-in any day of the week, but check-out must occur on or before the following Saturday.

We call our home "Serenata Retreat at Cypress Bend Barefoot Resort".



Located within the serene luxury of the 2500 acre Barefoot Resort, relax in this serene North Myrtle Beach condo across from the 12th hole of the Norman golf course. A scenic pond is outside the screened back balcony. Ride the shuttle to the beach in the summers. Play in the pool or grill at the barbeque area. Enjoy all the amenities of home, with a fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs, a legacy VCR/DVD player, washer and dryer, and ceiling fans. Books, games, and videos are provided in the unit. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom can be set up for one king-sized bed or two extra long twin beds. The resort is home to four championship golf courses designed by world class golfers such as Greg Norman, Davis Love, Tom Fazio, and Pete Dye. Miles of walking and biking paths are nestled within the resort. During the summer, a complimentary shuttle is provided during the day. for easy access to the beach, golf courses, and area attractions. Free wireless internet is available. Free long distance in the US and Canada.



Within the resort is a scenic marina, restaurants, and the largest pool in South Carolina. Just over the bridge are the House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, and numerous shops and restaurants in Barefoot Landing.



This relaxing condominium has all the amenities of home, with a fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs, a legacy VCR/DVD player, washer and dryer, and ceiling fans. Books, games, and videos are provided in the unit.



High speed fiber internet is provided.



This is ideal for an extended work stay.



This is an ideal vacation site for families or for golfers.



This unit is not handicapped accessible. This unit is accessible via stairs.



Reservations are not final until we receive a signed rental agreement and required contact/id information from the guest. THE COMPLETED RENTAL AGREEMENT MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ONLINE BOOKING. A refundable Security/Performance/Damage Deposit of $225.00 is due upon reservation and is paid directly to the owner or manager.
