With a total of 2,600 square feet (sleeps 16), this four bedroom residence features king size beds in every bedroom, a large soaking tub in the master bathroom, four queen sleeper sofas, flat-screen TVs, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a fireplace, a private balcony and a washer/dryer. It also offers spacious living areas, thoughtfully designed furnishings and lock-off flexibility that will bring a superior level of sophisticated living to every experience.

The main living/family/kitchen/dining area offers plenty of seating for families vacationing together. The floor to ceiling windows offer beautiful views of the resort and the ski in/ski out location makes it easy to enjoy the slopes.

During the winter, walk straight out the door to the Colorado SuperChair and the Rocky Mountain QuadLift. Adding even more convenience, enjoy complimentary ski lockers during your stay so you don't have to worry about lugging your ski gear around.

During the summer, Peak 8 offers incredible alpine slides, mini golf, a mountain coaster, ziplines, bounce houses, a maze, panning for gold, hiking, etc. All of these activities are literally steps away from the resort. (Activities are not included in price). You can even ride the lift to the top of Peak 8 for rock climbing, more hiking, and a ropes course with the most amazing views.

After experiencing the activities on Peak 8, take in the scenic views on the gondola while riding into the town of historic Breckenridge for great shopping, restaurants and entertainment. We are happy to provide you with recommendations upon request. The gondola is always free to ride.

Ski in Ski out paradise!

This location could not be any better! We loved our stay and the ability to have lunch in our condo and then have amenities to enjoy after ski lifts were closed! 10/10 vacation!

We had such a great time that I didn't want to leave a review, because then everyone else would know how wonderful this property was and it would be harder for us to reserve it again! The location is a dream, and the property is spacious and comfortable. We rented out 4 connecting units which was incredible, as we all had our own place to sleep with closed doors but could all get together for meals in the central unit without going into the hallway. There were plenty of bathrooms, beds were comfortable, laundry room present, and there were lots of extra linens. Will definitely try to stay here again!

Great time in Breckenridge for the whole family!

We all had a great time, there were 4 families with adults + children. The place was spacious enough for everyone and you were able to put children further away for naps. Food on site, small stores and all the activities on the mountain. Also easy to hop on the gondola to go anywhere you desire. Great time and super easy check in process. Thank you!

We've been coming to Colorado our entire lives, and were thrilled when we had the opportunity to become owners at the Grand Colorado on Peak 8. In our few short years of ownership, we have made countless unforgettable memories with our boys - both in the summertime and wintertime. Our time spent in Breckenridge is typically phone free, very active and full of card/board games. Ownership here has been one of the best decisions we've ever made, and we'd love to share the fun with you!

What makes this property unique

We love the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 because it is a hassle free ski vacation in the winter and a hikers paradise in the summer! With dedicated private ski lockers, we are steps away from the slopes. And after a few hours on the mountain, we can warm up in our residence while overlooking the skiers on the mountain. In the summer, we love to hike the ten mile range, which is right outside our door. We've seen moose, deer, fox and other wildlife on our hikes. It's truly refreshing. And when we'd like to go into town, we just hop on the gondola which is steps away and take advantage of the restaurants and shopping on Main Street. The best location and the best amenities hands down.
