We offer you in Bourg Saint Maurice a beautiful renovated studio of 25m² on the ground floor with mountain corner and south facing terrace located close to all amenities: train station (350m), funicular to access the ski resort of Les Arcs (350m ), shops (150m) ...
The city center being very close (200m) you can do everything on foot and not use your car ...
It is made up of an entrance with bunk beds, a beautiful living room with kitchenette, a small terrace with a nice open view, a completely redone bathroom and separate toilet.
The cabin area and the living room are separated by a space comprising a cupboard and two dividing doors which can thus form a real sleeping area. Plenty of storage.
The residence is very quiet, parking, wifi, private ski locker.
You are in the right place for skiing, hiking, road biking, mountain biking and canoeing.
Good news: I have negotiated preferential rates for your ski rentals and free babysitting for you! Drop off at Arc 1600 next to the funicular the equipment and find your dried shoes the next day.

Good location & tidy

Great location being just a 5 minute walk to the furnicular with Lidl supermarket 5 minutes in the other direction. The apartment was absolutely as advertised and was clean and very presentable on our arrival. Check in was super easy and the host was on hand to answer any queries almost straight away via the Vrbo messaging function. A tidy studio apartment perfectly adequate for a couple to stay in.

Excellent séjour !

Appartement très bien situé et très pratique : beaucoup de rangements, une terrasse agréable avec une petite table et 2 chaises, située au calme, aucun passage sur la route qu'on peut voir sur la photo. Un magasin Liddle accessible à pied en 10mn et un magasin Super U et Intermarché à 10mn en voiture. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement.
