Welcome to Legacy Lodge! This house was completed in 2019 and has all that you need for your family or friend get-a-way! Legacy Lodge is located in the Legacy neighborhood, which is right on the prospector's golf course and centrally located to all Suncadia has to offer –Swiftwater Winery, The Lodge, Golf, Restaurants, Ice Skating, Tubing, Playgrounds, Hiking, Biking and walking trails! Legacy is a short 5 min walk to Swiftwater Winery or 10-15 min walk to the Lodge, ice skating rink, restaurants and more!

Legacy Lodge is a wonderful place to relax and be together, yet plenty of space, inside and out, for everyone to spread out. You will be greeted by the 2 story entry way and feel right at home the minute you walk through the door. On the Main floor you will find the peaceful primary suite with King bed, large attached bath as well as spacious walk-in closet (with Pac-n-play), dresser with smart TV (YouTube TV and Netflix on all TV's). You will love the fully equipped kitchen with gas range and griddle (perfect for pancakes and French toast!) as well as spacious kitchen island that fits 3 people. The dining room has a large reclaimed wood table that fits 8-10 people. The expansive two story great room features as 65" TV and an extra large sectional for everyone to take in the view of the wildlife passing through yard as well as gas fireplace and tons of board games.

Upstairs features 3 additional bedrooms (all with King Beds, bathrooms and TV’s) as well as the bunk room that is attached to the bonus room. The bunk room can be closed off with the sliding barn door. The bunk room has two sets of bunks that are twin over full beds (sleeps 6 kids - No kids/adults over 120 lbs on Top bunks). The bonus room features foosball, stand up arcade game with 18 classic arcade games, another TV fully loaded with YouTube TV and Netflix as well as a Queen foldable mattress pad for flexible sleeping arrangements. You will find Pop-A-Shot, Air hockey table and ping pong table located in the garage as well as corn hole, ladder ball and a giant connect four board.

Outside you will find the 7 person hot tub, outdoor dining table that seats 8, a sectional sofa, coffee table, gas fire pit, 6 Adirondack chairs and a BBQ. There is even a play park with swings and green space one house away! There is plenty here to keep your family and friends entertained and enjoy all that Suncadia has to offer.

**Due to resort regulations, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness facility or any of the pools, but you won’t be charged a nightly “resort fee” when renting our home. There is also a maximum of 6 cars allowed in the driveway as Suncadia doesn’t allow any street parking or parking on vegetation.

Great location!

Legacy Lodge was the perfect spot for my daughter’s birthday weekend. It was a short walk to the lodge and center of Suncadia but off the main road so it was quiet and peaceful. The house was laid out well with all the teens upstairs and my husband and I on the bottom floor in the master. Plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone! Would definitely stay here again!

Friends get together

Beautiful, spacious home in a beautiful area. Our friends and kids had a blast with all the home had to offer inside and out. Kids got to enjoy the snow in the backyard and relax on the patio furniture with hot cocoa. Will definitely consider this home the next time we stay in this area.

Fantastic house for multiple families!

This modern house was perfect for 3 to 4 families, with bathrooms in or next to every room. Each room also included a tv, which was nice during down time. The living room, dining room and kitchen were spacious and great for social gatherings. The outdoor sitting and dining space were relaxing, as was sitting by the gas fire pit and soaking in the hot tub. Just an overall great house for an an a extra long weekend away from the city!

Beautiful place for cozy weekend away!

Our group of 11 had a great time at this property! The living area fit us all comfortably, and we enjoyed the new feeling of the home, especially of all of the bedding and towels inside. It was very close to the town of Roslyn so we ventured out for a little bit, but were more happy hanging out in this wonderful home. The gas firepit and hot tub in the snow was magical, and we had a blast with the ping pong table in the garage. Would return in a heartbeat! Thanks again!

Beautiful house

We were a multi-generational group of 10, 6 adults and four children ages 7-12. This clean, spacious, and comfortable house had plenty of room. We loved the bonus room upstairs for the children and the large living room for the adults. There was ping-pong in the garage and lots of outdoor games (cornhole, etc.) for endless tournaments. We used the hot tub at least once a day. Overall, the stay was wonderful for everyone.

Amazing home!

This home is beautiful and I like the layout a lot. All of our kids and grandkids slept upstairs while my husband and I slept downstairs. It was perfect. I was impressed with the cleanliness our entire stay. Clean is number one on my priority list so I was very happy! The dishes and other kitchen supplies were very well stocked. Nice appliances, everything WORKED! Some places I have stayed have had a number of things not work properly so this too is a big plus for me. Over all the best property I have stayed at. Thank you :)

Very Clean and family friendly - highly recommend!

We would very highly recommend this house. The location of the home was wonderful. It was just up the road from the paved trail that connected to the lodge, parks and more. The house was one house away from a small park with swings which our kids loved. The home was extremely clean and very well organized. The kitchen was fully stocked even with baking items. Everything was very clearly labeled making the kitchen easy to navigate. I really appreciated it was even well stocked with zip lock bags and cling wrap to bring snacks out and store leftovers. We enjoyed the generous snacks provided by Andrea!The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms spacious. Our kids especially loved the bunk room that attached to a 2nd game room. The foosball table and arcade game were enjoyed for hours. We appreciated how stocked on toys and games it was. It was great for kids!There was a generous amount of towels and the bathrooms were very clean. We also appreciated she supplied shampoo, conditioner and soap and step stools for toddlersThe living area was spacious and comfortable for our group of 11. We appreciated the helpful information and maps of suncadia. We really enjoyed the backyard. It was great to have a private space to run around and play corn hole and ladder golf provided by Andrea. The large table and couch were in the shade every afternoon which made it a very relaxing place to stay. Andrea was extremely responsive and quick to make anything right! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic Property

This property is the best that we've stayed in from all our VRBO rentals. The owner was great, quick to respond to correspondence and gracious to our requests. My entire family loved our stay, while there they all commented that we should have stayed another night. At the risk of sounding like a Luddite, the only issue I had was operating the TV system. The technology was not very intuitive. Other than that, it was fantastic! We will definitely try to stay there during our next Suncadia visit.

Family Weekend

We have been renting homes in the Suncadia area for the Memorial Day weekend for the last eight years, and this house by far is the best stocked home we have stayed in! It had everything we needed and so many extras - it was great! Also, the layout provided plenty of space for everyone, and the kids enjoyed playing in the bonus room. The house is on a dead end which was nice for the kids riding their bikes. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous house in a gorgeous location

My family and two other families stayed here together for a weekend of board games and hanging out and this house was perfect! Not only was the house beautiful and felt new, it was also nestled in beautiful Suncadia. We took a walk in the afternoon over to the lodge and were blown away by the fall foliage along the walk and views from the lodge. Absolutely wonderful weekend, would definitely do it again!

Loved everything!

Had a wonderful weekend stay as a group of friends with all babies the same age from a hospital class. The rooms were spacious enough for everyone to be comfortable with babies and all the extra gear they require. Same goes for the common areas and kitchen- 5 babies is a lot under one roof but the space worked perfectly for everyone. It was very nice for the tired adults to unwind in the hot tub at the end of the day or play some games at the table big enough for everyone. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again.
