About this property

NEW HOUSE, 700M FROM THE BEACH WITH A HEATED SWIMMING POOL AND A SPA

New villa for 8-10 people (6 adults maximum and 4 children) in the residential area of Labenne-Océan, close to the beach (700m) and a forest (300m). Ideally situated between Capbreton/Shoorts-Hossegor (10km) and Bayonne (17km). Easily accessible by rail (Labenne railway station 4km), motorway (12km, exit no. 7 ‘Ondres’) and Biarritz airport (25km).

The centre of Labenne-Océan is 500m away with restaurants, bakery, supermarket, bike hire, surf school………
It is at the heart of golf clubs: Hossegor (12km), Seignosse (18km) and Boarritz (22km).

The villa has a habitable area of 120 square metres comprising of a large kitchen with a central island opening on to the living/dining room, 4 bedrooms (3 double and one with 2 sets of bunk beds so 6 adults maximum and 4 children), 2 bathrooms, all conforming to PMR building norms.

There is a large south-facing wooden terrace (90 square metres) with a heated pool (7 x 4m) complete with immersed security cover, a 4-person spa and barbecue area. (The swimming pool is not accessible between 15 October and 15 May, the SPA is accessible to it all year round)

The heated pool will be particularly appreciated if you have young children who aren’t yet confident playing in the ocean or in the evening as a refreshing late dip with family and friends.

The new villa is well-equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, self-cleaning oven, induction hob, stainless steel cooker as well as other domestic items (iron, ironing board, hoover, cleaning products….)

A garage is available (not accessible for cars) for motorbikes, bicycles and other such objects of your choice.

Wi-Fi internet access is also available.

Items for babies are available upon requests (high chair, travel cot) which are on-site.

Bed linen is included in the rental.

The setting is perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The location of the villa could allow you to leave the car untouched during your stay as all the essentials can by reached by bicycle or on foot. Is this not ideal?

Great stay at beautiful place in Labenne Ocean

We would highly recommend this house. Great stay in quiet street, beach on our doorstep (almost) and shops and resto nearby. Very clean, well managed, good communication. Perfect. The house looks even better in real life then on the provided pictures.

Un excellent séjour dans une maison tres bien équipée. Rien ne manque. Une maison tres bien adaptée pour PMR mise a part une marche a l'entree de la maison mais pour laquelle le propriétaire nous avait averti. Nous avons accepté. Toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Sandra empfangen. Sie hat sich sehr lieb um uns gekümmert und war immer zu erreichen. Ein tolles und großzügiges Haus in einer wunderbaren Umgebung, sehr nahe am großen Strand. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen . Ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub!

Super schöner Urlaub

Ein paar Tage vor unserer Ankunft hat sich Sandra per WhatsApp bei uns gemeldet. Sie ist für das Haus zuständig. Sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke noch mal für alles. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. In den meisten Ferienhäusern hat man für die genaue Personsenzahl Geschirr, hier war alles reichlich vorhanden. Das Haus hat eine TOP Lage. Der Strand ist super schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen genau wie der Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Das Haus verfügt auch über eine Alarmanlage. Der Pool und der Wirpool haben auch riesig Spaß gemacht. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern dort. Ich kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Estancia buena trato del propietario inaceptable

La estancia estuvo bien. La casa correcta. El trato del propietario inaceptable. Abonamos un pago 150€ en concepto de limpieza y cual es nuestra sopresa cuando el propietario quiere que le abonemos otros 150€ por no haber dejado la casa, segun su criterio limpia. La casa quedo en un estado perfecto de limpieza, hasta tal punto que quisimos que la persona que nos entregó las llaves viniera a verla antes de irnos, a lo cual nos respondio que no venia y que le dejaramos las llaves en la caja con el codigo. Asi lo hicimos. Dejamos la casa a las 10 de la mañana y a las 11 de la noche recibo un mensaje del propietario en el que me dice que esta persona le ha enviado unos videos del estado de la casa (12h despues de haberla dejado yo), con el estado de la casa,diciendo cosas que no son verad. Simplemente sábanas y toallas sucias dejadas para que las laven, y casa recogida pero sin barrer lo de por la mañana. Cuando abono 150€ en concepto de limpieza y en el cual pone, que la limpieza final corre a cargo del propietario, entiendo que esos 150€ se invierten en eso, en limpiar la casa. Nos hemos ocupado de la limpieza durante nuestra estancia teniendo todo perfecto, y asi lo hemos dejado, y dejando en la casa incluso enseres para los siguientes inquilinos, (porque la casa estaba "pelada", cuando llegamos), tales como papel higiénico, de cocina, servilletas, bolsas de basura, cafe en capsulas, e incluso una botella de vino de regalo para el propietario. Entrando en pequeños detalles que el propietario no comenta, por ejemplo la bomba de calor no funcionaba, y la casa teniamos que calentarla con unos radiadores electricos que habia colocado por toda la casa, algo que no le tuvimos en cuanta en un primer momento... Claro que si llegamos a saber esto, la historia habria cambiado....La sorpresa ha sido mayúscula. Primera vez en mi vida que me pasa esto, y mira que viajo. Cuando quieres aprovechar la tesitura y sacar mas rentabilidad de la debida a tu alojamiento de alquiler. Las cosas no se hacen asi. Reaccion inaceptable y vergonzosa.

Urlaub in Traumlage

Wundervoller Urlaub in Traumlage. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Atlantik, Hunde willkommen auch am Strand, toller Pool, ein gut ausgestattetes Haus. Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Rundum perfekt. Wir haben die gemeinsame Zeit sehr genossen.

QUEL DOMMAGE !

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cette belle maison, de 4 ans mais elle en fait 10. Carrelage sol de la maison mal effectué (propriétaire en procès) des carreaux mal scellés, joints à refaire. Bonne literie. Dans une des 2 douches joints carrelages à refaire et cabine douche qui a bien vécu. Allumage plancha défectueux. Trop de végétation autour de la piscine et du spa, il faut les nettoyer des feuilles pour en profiter. Enfin, quel dommage ! Beaucoup de belles prestations mais il faut une bonne rénovation pour que le prix soit justifié.

Nous avons choisi cette villa pour notre WK annuel entre amis (6 adultes et 5 enfants). Le propriétaire a été très disponible avant notre arrivée pour répondre à toutes nos questions et nous permettre de récupérer les clés avant l'heure d'arrivée habituelle. A notre arrivée, nous avons découvert une belle villa très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée, un extérieur parfait (nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi), proche de la plage (très belle). Sans aucun doute nous reviendrons !!!

Maison très agréable avec tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car elle n'était pas encore en service du coup le jacuzzi était bien appréciable. Merci à Sandra qui nous a donné plein de bons conseils.

Endroit magnifique proche de l'Océan

Nous avons passé deux semaines fin juillet dans cette magnifique maison. Tout était parfait ; l'accueil de Sandra, la piscine, le jacuzzi , la propreté et les commodités de la maison. Proche de l'océan et du village il est facile de tout faire à pied ou à vélo. Trés bien également pour visiter le pays Basque. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans aucune retenue.

We enjoyed very much our stay in this very convenient and modern house. The location was great as well. Sandra took great care of us and was very accommodating. The owners were very nice too. Labenne-Ocean was a little disappointing in term of dining opportunities. It could have been perfect.
