Prime location residence "The BEACH", 10 meters from The Lavandou's fine sandy beach, close to all amenities, the harbour and the city center, is the best accommodation to spend your holidays ! This well-appointed residence features a private garden and parking, a tennis court and a petanque court.
Cabin studio on the higher floor (with lift) can accomodate up to 4 people with a living area of 23 m² and a terrace looking onto the sea. Entrance hall, cupboard, bathroom with toilet, sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (80 cm). The living room comprises a double bed (140 cm), a TV and an equipped kitchen (electric burners, dishwasher, microwave/grill, fridge, washing machine). WIFI. Air conditioning. Parking space n°70. Additional visitor's tax.
