On the first floor of the small building, entrance, very well equipped kitchen (large fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, 4 ceramic hob plates), living room opening on a 15m² terrace equipped for meals, with a sunshade.
Bedroom 1 with one 140cm bed facing the North, bedroom 2 with one 140cm bed opening on the terrace, lockers in the bedrooms. Separate WC ; shower room with WC.
Parking spot N° B22, large flat screen TV.
