Great size property for large families. Very family friendly. The resort amenities were fantastic. The hot tub was a disappointment, but the it does say on the listing the it doesn’t work all the time. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it!

Amazing stay for a long weekend. We walked every morning to grab coffee at the Starbucks at the entrance of the resort. Quick walk or drive to the beautiful lake/pool/sports facilities. The house is clean and cozy with lots of awesome touches for families like a step stool for hand washing, lots of kids books, and awesome bunk beds. We loved our stay and will be back!

We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend at the Cedar House with family. The house was better than expected - with lots of room for us to all spread out and a great location. The house was clean and comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive when we had questions ahead of our stay. We would visit again!

Fantastic cabin in Lake Lure! The home was beautifully furnished for a large multifamily getaway. There were so many amenities like a hot hot tub, private balconies, brand new washing machine and unlimited fresh running water. We loved the short walk to the resort pool and private beach, which had live music on Friday night, with an unbeatable great crowd. We rented a boat to tour the lake which was very affordable and

Property was clean and spacious. Lots of room for our family to spread out. Resort is very nice and has plenty for the kids (tennis, pickleball, basketball, mini golf, and pool). Owners were very reap9nsive to all questions.

The bear themed house was big, comfortable, and attractive. It was the best stocked house I've ever rented and all was well organized. The negatives were too firm pillows, long steep stairs to basement bedrooms , non- working hot tub, and limited parking. But we managed fine and loved our short stay. In 3 days we enjoyed the beach, kayaking, pickleball, the pool, and the lake boat tour. Tour guide Al was superb and the young employees were all friendly and helpful.

Family Getaway

The Cedar House was great for our getaway from Greenville with my daughter’s family visiting from overseas. More than plenty of room..my grandson loved the foosball table and we had a movie night. Close to the resort and not too far to drive to Chimney Rock and area restaurants. We would stay again!

Beautiful house with comfy beds

The house was great for our weekend stay in Lake Lure. Comfy beds, tons of light and a nice hot tub (once it had some time to breathe). Master shower could be tricky but we figured it out quickly. All in all a nice place to stay and if we come to the area we would book again.
