About this property

This meticulously maintained Cape is a single family home that contains 1,764 sq ft and was built in 2004. This home contains 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with central air conditioning on a large private lot. It is conveniently located to restaurants, stores, minutes to the beaches, also nearby walking and bike trails, yet minutes to the highway too. First floor has an open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout. Kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, bar seating and also a separate dining room. The first floor bedroom has a queen size bed with a large closet. The first floor bathroom has a tub/shower unit and includes first floor stackable washer/dryer.

***2nd floor will have hardwood floors installed throughout for the 2024 rental season **
The second floor has 2 large bedrooms, the first very large bedroom has a king size bed and a sleeper couch with a pullout queen sized memory foam mattress, a sitting area and large closet. The 2nd bedroom upstairs is the very large master suite with a king size bed, a sitting area and an attached large master bathroom that includes a pedistal sink, a shower unit and a large (seats 2 people) air jetted soaking tub. Large deck attached off the dining room to enjoy some peaceful nights outside with plenty of seating and a grill! There is also an attached 2 car garage with beach chairs and some fun yard games for your enjoyment during your stay.
This property also has a very nice 4 stall and 2 stall horse barns on the property!

**NO PETS ALLOWED IN THIS RENTAL. Please look at another listing if you have a pet. And please no smoking (home owner is allergic!)
**Although it is hard to tell there have been any animals living here, I do want to let pet allergic renters know in the off season there is a dog that lives in this house.

Wonderful home with view of beautiful horses

We had a stay for a week in this wonderful home. The house is spacious, well maintained, and very clean. The location was great, centrally located, and close to Chatham and beaches we enjoy visiting. The house had beach chairs and towels which we didn't have to bring from home. We loved the backyard and deck, and visited with the beautiful horses everyday. The host was amazing, answered all of our questions, and left us wonderful treats when we arrived. Highly recommend this spot for anyone who wants to enjoy the Cape.

Roomy and clean

Nice sized rooms! Very clean. Good location. Does smell of dog though, especially in primary bedroom. A/c great in primary but no so much in second bedroom upstairs. Appreciated beach chairs and towels and proximity to stores and many towns and beaches.

Amazing!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful, well-stocked house. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to off of 6. We loved watching the horses! The owner was so responsive to texts and helped us with an issue immediately. We plan to come back next year! We definitely recommend!

Beautiful home with view of beautiful horses

Had a lovely stay for a week in this beautiful and spacious home. The location was around the corner from grocery and other conveniences. The backyard and deck were great. It was a quick drive to Chatham, which we enjoyed visiting. We only had a family of four, but the large rooms could accomodate many more. The owner was very responsive. Highly recommend this spot for anyone who wants to enjoy the Cape.
