Just Steps to the National Seashore

On the oceanside of Rt 6, our 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom Eastham home is located on a quiet woodsy cul-de-sac near the Salt Pond Visitor Center of the National Seashore. The house sleeps nine and will comfortably accommodate everyone. The first floor has a queen bedroom with hardwood floors, a living room, a large open kitchen and dining room, plus a full bathroom with a washer and dryer. The second floor includes a large room with two twin beds, a smaller room with 1 twin bed, two bedrooms with queen beds and a spacious bathroom. The home is decorated with original artwork by the owner's mother and others. There is a large wrap-around deck with a picnic table and lounge chairs where you can enjoy the 1/2 acre wooded property, a gas grill, a large hot water outdoor shower and a circular drive with plenty of parking. There is lots of room for kids (and grown-ups!) to play.

Just steps from the National Seashore, we are a few minutes drive to either Coast Guard Beach or Nauset Light Beach. The ocean beach can also be reached by bike, a 30 minute walk, or a short shuttle ride. The Doane Rock Shuttle bus is accessible by a safe 10 minute walk on a path through the woods. We are convenient to Wellfleet, Provincetown, Orleans, the Cape Cod Bike Trail and the bay beaches and fresh water ponds of Eastham.

The house is perfect for multiple families or multiple generations. We’ve included a portable fold-out mattress for more flexibility in your sleeping arrangements. Enjoy a day at the beach, come home to your outdoor shower, and then relax on the deck before going to the nearby drive-in movie theater, a round of mini golf, or a delicious seafood dinner.

This property comfortably accommodated 3 couples, a grandparent, a toddler and a baby. The furniture was comfortable and there's a nice outdoor deck. On Cape for daughter's wedding

Great location, a mile off RT 6 in a great, private neighborhood. No issues whatsoever, easily accommodated 7 adults, can recomend highly and would rent there again.

Great Cape Getaway

Comfortable, convenient vacation home in Eastham

We enjoyed our family vacation in this clean and comfortable Eastham home. The owners were very responsive and open to suggestions. Location is close to both National seashore and bay beaches. We loved that we could take an easy walk through local paths and get to the coast guard beach shuttle. We would rent this home again!

Perfect Family House

We had 9 of us stay. The bedrooms were roomy. We ate every meal on the large deck. it was super comfortable and well equipped with everything you would need. Short walk to the beach through the fire road. Loved it!

Amazing trip in Eastham

We had an amazing time in Eastham. House had everything we needed and more. Pictures don't do justice to the house, rooms are way bigger! Neighborhood is calm, you can relax and have a peaceful time! If we go back to Cape Cod, we will definetely be looking to rent this house again!

Great Cape House

We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed for a week with my 3 kids. The house had everything we needed, hammock and outdoor shower were great, owners very easy to talk to and house was very clean. Easy access to coast guard beach. I wish there was AC but it has lots of fans and cools down at night. We have stayed here 2 years in a row.

A Great Family Vacation!

We just got back from a wonderful week staying in this fully-equipped, clean, picture-perfect house. Location was excellent for Coast Guard and Nauset beaches, and provided an easy drive to all the attractions- Arnold's, in particular. Everything was as described, and as noted in the photos, and the artwork made the home extra special. Jose was very pleasant and accommodating. We will be back!

Genuinely felt like we were staying at a friend's home

Some properties feel like they're owned by a real estate company and they're just rental units. Not so for this Eastham home. Everything we needed was available, the home's amenities, decorations, and all truly gave the feel of a close friend's home. We all very much appreciated the attention to detail and homey feel.

Best location!!!

We have been visiting Cape Cod as a family for 10 years and this property figures at the top of our experiences. The location on the National Seashore is wonderful. As to the house, we thoroughly enjoyed the space, layout, easy living, and superb wrap-around deck big enough for our group of 10 including infant. Also the house is well-stocked with all the cooking and cleaning supplies and toilet tissue that you need as soon as you arrive and that you really appreciate not to have to bring.

Perfect Location

We had 8 adult family members and the house was midway between Marconi beach and Orleans Stop&Shop. The house was clean and we loved the split AC. The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, spices. We added the card table to the outside picnic table to seat 8. We ate dinner on the deck. Outdoor shower was the nicest we’ve seen.

Best Ever Vacation Rental Near National Seashore !

THIS HOME WAS SO COMFORTABLE AND COZY AND ROOMY, IT FELT LIKE HOME .. It was close to everything you could want, tour boat rides, beaches, shopping. Dining. It is set in a very nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the spacious decks on the house. The kitchen was well stocked with all essentials for cooking. The owners did and excellent job at decorating, and made you feel home with a welcome basket,Thanks for wonderful stay at your home. The home was very clean and well kept.

WONDERFUL!

Safe, beautiful neighborhood close to beaches and yet private. We enjoyed everyday at "The Cape" and loved coming back to this home with wrap-around deck, private yard and plenty of room for all. We are a family of 7 and as my niece said "I never felt overcrowded in this house". Only thing I would suggest to make this the perfect home is AC for the upstairs. Otherwise a 5-STAR STAY!

Eastham Rental

Great location to stay. Near 3 different National seashore beaches. 30 minutes to Provincetown/Race point beach. House was clean, with lots of space. Nice deck on back as well as outdoor shower to get the sand off. The neighbors were quiet. Owners checked in with us to make sure everything was functioning. This rental requires supplying bed sheets and pillowcases which wasn't advertised. However, the owners reported this straight away and all was good. We would rent this house again.

Great Cape Cod location

Our family gathered once again on Cape Cod, and this location in Eastham was perfect for doing what we wanted to do and the beaches we had chosen. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. The home was well equipped, and the owners have made some substantial improvements to the property, namely the A/C, the very comfortable beds, the appliances and the outside deck and shower. All were enjoyed very much. There will be other upgrades hopefully in the future, which will bring it a little more up to date. For the price, it was quite adequate, and our family enjoyed our home away from home for a week.

Wonderfully organized home.

The house was well equipped and organized extremely well. We enjoyed our stay. My only concern which we knew in advance was that only one room had a larger bed. We had two adult couples who had to sleep on full size beds. Definitely not a surprise and we knew going into it but another queen in the house would be a great addition.

We really enjoy this wonderful home!

We so enjoy your beautiful, immaculately cared for home! It is so comfortable with our needs met, as well as an AMAZING location (so close to the beach shuttle and easy access to Rt. 6) for an awesome vacation! The bedrooms work out great, we love all the fans provided (we really needed them this year!), 2 huge bathrooms, and the 1st floor laundry is such a plus! We cook many of our own meals, because that is what we enjoy doing, so the new grill was great and the kitchen is fully stocked with pans and utensils. We also want to say that we really appreciate your "welcome bucket" with dishwasher and laundry detergents among all the other little things! The fresh paint on the huge deck looks great, very inviting, we spent so much of our time there! Jose and Sharli, your home is wonderful, comfortable, and inviting!!! We are definitely hoping to be back next year! Thank you so much for thinking of everything and being such a pleasure to work with!!

Sharli and Jose dreamed of a home on the Outer Cape for years. Sharli spent her childhood in Wellfleet and Provincetown swimming in kettle ponds, exploring the dunes in Provincetown, and beachcombing on the bay. After falling in love with Sharli, Jose was lured by the rugged beauty of the Cape. In 2013, Sharli's long time dream was realized when they bought this family home. They enjoy visiting throughout the year with their two boys, extended family and friends.

Why they chose this property

The house is set back from the street and surrounded by peaceful trees. We love being so close to the National Seashore and the Salt Pond Visitor Center. On quiet evenings the sound of crashing waves can be heard from the back deck. Provincetown is a short 20 min drive. Wellfleet and Orleans with their quaint stores and galleries are even closer. And don't forget the nearby Drive-In movie theater for old fashioned fun.
