4 bedroom/2 bathroom recently updated home just a short walk to the bay beach and a 5 minute drive or bike ride to the ocean.
Home contains split level centralized air as well as additional room fans. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, Streaming TV (Youtube, Amazon Prime, Disney plus, Netflix and more), PS3 system inside with plenty of outdoor living space including an outdoor shower, multiple fire pits, outdoor games, grills and ample seating outside. Relax on the enclosed porch or on the deck out back while others watch a movie inside or lounge in the yard - with over 1200 sq ft inside and 1/4 acre of private yard outside - there is plenty of space to enjoy. A washer/dryer/iron are available for guests. Additional bed - Queen elevated air mattress - is also available for use.

Birthday Celebration

We went to Provincetown, Wellfleet, Chatham, and Brewster to enjoy oysters, family, and friends. This stay was perfect location and had all everything we needed. We spent the last day over the sands in Orleans.

Comfortable Cottage

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here! The house is very nice and comfortable and places to eat are very close by. Beautiful deck area; perfect for sitting out at night by the fire pit. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The property manager was very nice and communication was excellent! Would definitely recommend this cottage to friends and anyone else. Would also love to go back in the summertime to enjoy the beaches nearby!

Girls Weekend

If this home is available, BOOK IT! A 5 min walk to a quiet beach. Tons of indoor and outdoor space. Prett secluded on the street. The host was so kind and friendly! Went above and beyond with amenities. We honestly felt like home and can’t wait come back!

We have 3 children ages 12, 9 and 6 as of 2022. We love the Cape - especially Eastham and after many years of vacationing here - we decided it was time to have our own place and make Eastham our home away from home. This house is our family vacation home, we are the new owners as of 2022. We named it "La Bella Vita" to represent the "Good/Beautiful life" that we've found here. After years of others sharing their homes with us through similar platforms, we feel it only right to now share our home with others and so we welcome you.

Why they chose this property

Eastham is one of the most beautiful parts of Cape Cod. This house is perfectly situated so you can choose to ditch your car. The gentle bay of Campground Beach with its warm waters, low tide creating tide pools and the captivating sunsets is paradise that is just an 8 minute stroll away. For those looking for bigger waves - a 14 min bike ride or 5 minute drive will take you to the nearby Nauset Light/Coast Guard Ocean Beaches. You'll find the Cape Cod Bike trail is easily accessible as are many other nature trails.
The house itself is recently updated with many amenities inside and out - we have made it so that while you're here you can truly feel like you're home.
