Sun fills every room, there are gathering spaces on both the main level and the lofted second floor, and areas for eating and relaxing outside. Not to mention steps away from a private and pristine beach (0.1 miles, 3 minute walk along private road and down well-maintained staircase).
The house features 4 bedrooms, a pull-out sofa, and 2 full bathrooms, which can easily accommodate 8-10. Towels and linens provided, along with beach accessories. A ping-pong table in the basement, board games, outdoor firepit, and outdoor shower allow you to enjoy an evening or relaxing day at the house.
The location is unbeatable, on the border with Wellfleet, and easy diving distance to several classic Cape Cod amenities, including: Cape Cod National Seashore, Rail Trail, Wellfleet Drive-in Theatre, Provincetown, and countless beaches.
