Located at 120 Huckleberry Lane, our home and parking area are literally steps away from Cape Cod Bay and scenic Campground Beach. This unique and beautiful 4-bedroom, 3 bath luxury home is the perfect convergence of classic old Cape Cod architecture and charm with all the modern comforts and amenities you and your family deserve. Features include a living room with fireplace, a modern dining room and kitchen with granite counter tops, an expansive deck and a new fire-pit, 4 bedrooms including a spacious master bedroom and bathroom, sitting area, hardwood flooring, outdoor shower, and parking for 2-3 cars next to Shurtleff Road/Campground Beach.
The property is secluded and private yet close to many family attractions including mini-golf, hiking and nature trails, kayaking, fishing, crabbing, tubing etc. You are also a short drive away from whale watching trips in Hyannis or Provincetown which is a 'must do' activity for children and adults alike.
If you are looking to have a "once in a lifetime" beach vacation with family and friends this we would love to welcome you to stay in our home

After each rental, the home will be thoroughly cleaned by our cleaning crew.
Non-refundable fees for this rental are an administrative and weekly parking fee of $99 each and $299 cleaning fee. Preferred payment method is INSTANT BOOKING through VRBO. Please call or email me for payment details.
Note: The roof deck is unavailable for use due to insurance liability restrictions, but you can use our HUGE main deck.
There are EXTERNAL security cameras on the property for your protection and security.
This is a Saturday-to-Saturday rental. The house must be rented on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis and for the full weekly period in the high season (June 20 - Sep 30, 2025)
For long-term rentals, utilities are the responsibility of the tenant
The price quoted at the time you book is guaranteed once your payment is processed. Rates and fees listed online can change rapidly due to demand, so you are encouraged to reserve your dates promptly. Linens are not included in the rental, but you can rent them inexpensively at the Furies in Wellfleet, MA https://www.thefuriesonline.com/vacation-linen-rentals-on-cape-cod/ or (508) 349-1141.

We have visited Eastham for over 20 years now. Eastham is an upscale community with the feel of a laid back beach town. Our home is literally just steps away from the beach and offers complete privacy in addition to being just a few minutes drive to fresh water ponds, restaurants, marina's, family entertainment and Nauset beach. We always dreamed of owning a beautiful modern home close to the beach and we would love to share our dream home with you. We are absolutely certain that you will enjoy your time in our home and we will extend every courtesy to make sure you have an unforgettable stay.
What makes this property unique
You can sit on the large main deck and smell the salt air and see seagulls flying overhead and hear the sound of the surf from the bay. You can relax in complete privacy with all the modern amenities of home knowing that just moments away you have an unlimited number of family restaurants, activities and entertainment options you can visit if you want to try something new. Note: The small roof deck is currently unavailable for use.
5 minute drive to Herring Pond – take the kayak, go for a fresh water swim, or go fishing in this kettle pond.
5 minute drive to Wiley Park – public pond complete with docks for jumping and swimming. They also have swim lessons. Great place for the kids to play.
10 minute drive to Nauset Light or Coast Guard Beach – tired of the peaceful bay side? Want to body surf or hop in the waves along the ocean side? Pack a lunch and some beach chairs and head to either beach for a fun day on the ocean side.
5 minute drive to National Seashore – offer a wide range of classes from canoeing through the marshes to nature hikes with the kids. You can also purchase a permit here if you’d like to have a bonfire on the beach. A great activity for all!
5 min from the bike trail and easy to rent a bike for the day.
20 minute drive to Chatham or Provincetown for local shopping.
Tons of restaurants for authentic lobster rolls or sub sandwiches to take for lunch picnic on the beach. If you want a day off the beach, there’s also mini golf, drive in movie theater, cape cod flea market, surf/standup paddle board rental, and more in the area. You won’t be short on things to do.
If you are looking for great seafood try Arnold’s, Mac’s (good sushi too) and the Friendly Fisherman - if you are looking to cook it yourself!
Try something new at Karoo for delicious African food or PB Boulangerie for French Cuisine!
Sam’s can’t be beat for an awesome sandwich and Fairway is the place to go for some bloody Mary’s.
Hole in One is my go-to breakfast spot.
