Environment very calm and particularly preserved (natural areas belonging to the Conservatoire du Littoral). It is the last house before a wild area quite wooded, by the sea. You can reach several coves and beaches (very quiet) on foot (in a swimsuit, no road to cross) by a pedestrian path of about 500 m. Ideal for families with children. This coastal spot has remained wild, with creeks and beaches still uncrowded. A real paradise!
You can reach in 30 minutes by foot, by the beach, the immense beach of Mahé Bridge, very popular with children and windsurfing ...

Only the ground floor is rented (90 m2). The floor (and terrace) is not rented, nor inhabited, nor accessible.

Bedrooms: 1 with 1 bed 140, 1 with 2 beds of 90, 1 with 1 sofa bed (new sofa bed) 140. We must cross this 3rd bedroom to access the other 2 bedrooms and the bathroom.

South terrace very pleasant to which one reaches by the dining room or by the 3rd room. Barbecue. Large garden planted with various trees and shrubs that goes around the house. Ping pong table. Loan of bicycles possible.
No deposit is required upon booking, on the site. On the other hand a check of 300 € must be given at the time of the entry in the places, which is returned at the departure except losses or degradations.
