This traditional family home belongs to the grandparents. Family home for 3 generations. A rustic house but particularly functional for large families.

Located in the heart of Wissant, the beach is 5 min walk away.

All shops are within 300 m of the villa.

The house has an enclosed garden ideal for children and a large garage for the older children where you can store your sailing equipment, bicycles etc...

Welcome to the Chtis. The neighbors are all very nice, typical village atmosphere.

The house does not have a very modern decoration but it is perfect for a relaxed vacation by the sea.

A cute little garden in the center is a chance in Wissant, for pleasant lunches and aperitifs outside.

Sleeps 9 in 5 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 2 x 2 single beds, 1 x 2 bunk beds and 1 with a sofa bed 140cm). All rooms have a water point (washbasin). 1 bathroom on the first floor (bath and shower) and 1 shower point on the ground floor. 2 separate toilets (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor).

We can eventually accept a dog if he lives outside because we have an enclosed garden. Large well trained dogs like golden or german shepherd dogs only because small dogs pass through the fence. We do not accept dogs inside the house. They can sleep in the entrance hall at the foot of the kitchen only. Please ask the owner's prior agreement for an animal.

Wifi, washing machine, dishwasher included in the rental.

Obligatory cleaning package: 120 EUR at the end of the rental period.
Sheets + house linen possible: 15 EUR / person to be paid directly at the handing over of the keys.
