Getaway at the Highlands+ HEATED POOL!
With vineyards, avocado fields, wildlife and the ocean in view, this house is the perfect getaway spot for your family vacation. You will be tucked in the beautiful hills of Nipomo on the central coast of California, only 12 miles to Pismo beach!
* No big groups looking to party please. We have taken out all of the carpet down stairs and put in hard floor. New pictures to come!
The property is very much in the country but still very close to town. You will see wildlife here! As of Memorial Day 2025 we will have an in ground jacuzzi and there will be a per day charge to heat it if you would like. The pool heating is included with your booking. Pictures to come!

Josh & Kim have been married since July 2019. Josh is a carpenter and Kim is high school music teacher. Together they are getting into short/long term rentals and buying/flipping homes.
Why they chose this property
Josh & Kim have been short term renting the "Getaway at the Highlands" property for 3 years. The house and the 10 acres it is nestled on is Josh's childhood home. Josh is a carpenter by trade and built a granny house on this property that we live in. The property is breathtaking , we hope you get the chance to enjoy our little bit of earth.
