Great location

Great location although can get noisy in peak season. Amazing view from the apartment, lovely big apartment with air conditioning, the host was very accommodating. Will definitely be back.

Une vue de rêve.

Très bel appartement, extrêmement bien situé face à la mer et donc au lever du soleil !C est notre deuxième séjour dans cet appartement, on s y plait toujours autant.

Top Ferienwohnung in top Lage

Sehr gut ausgestattete und geräumige Wohnung. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt an der Strandpromenade. Es gibt in dem Ort tausende Ferienunterkünfte als Hotel, Ferienwohnung oder Campingplatz - aber diese Wohnung ist mit der Lage unmittelbar an der Strandpromenade schon etwas Besonderes. Man hat in unmittelbarer Nähe das Meer, den Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurants und trotzdem ist es ruhig. Wir saßen am Tisch zum Essen vor einer der großen Panoramascheiben und konnten aufs Meer und die Spaziergänger auf der Strandpromenade schauen. Die Wohnung verfügt über Heizung und Klimaanlage und eigentlich alles, was man braucht. Zu zweit ist sie mehr als groß genug. Einzig das Wetter war in unserer Aufenthaltszeit nicht so ganz toll, alles andere einfach große Klasse.

Super appartement. Vue imprenable.

Parfait pour nous (famille 4 pers) : spacieux, très bien équipé, décoré avec goût et d'une propreté irréprochable. Nicolas était très aimable, la communication était facile.Je ne saurais trop insister sur la beauté des levers de soleil, la vue depuis l'appartement est imbattable. L'emplacement à Argelès centre plage était idéal pour nous. L'expérience peut être différente en haute saison avec l'animation de la ville. Nous avons passé un moment merveilleux, nous le recommandons vivement.

Mit einem schönem Blick beginnt der Morgen

Die Wohnung ist recht gemütlich und gut eingerichtet. Trotz der Lage im Bereich von vielen Lokalen und Geschäften war es sehr ruhig, nachts still. Sicher ist es in der Hauptsaison lebendiger in dieser Gegend zumal ein Bereich mit einem Kinderkarusell und vielen Buden ganz in der Nähe liegt. Check in/out über einen Schlüsselsafe am Hauseingang. Der Kontakt zur Agentur war problemlos. Die Sorge um einen Parkplatz muss man in der Nebensaison sicher nicht haben. Sie liegen ganz in der Nähe und sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Wohnung gibt es eine Karre zum Transport des Reisegepäcks. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Besteck und elektrischen Geräten. Alles war ordentlich und sauber und funktionierte sehr gut. Bettdecken sind auch ausreichend vorhanden. Leider nicht ganz ausreichend sind die Handtücher (wir waren 3 Wochen vor Ort, vor allem gab es keine Geschirrtücher). Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen sollten wir wieder in diese Gegend kommen. Einen Mangel möchte ich jedoch noch erwähnen. Die Fenster der beiden Schlafzimmer konnte man nicht für eine Aussenbelüftung öffnen. Es ist eine gute Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Der Wäscheständer zum Trocknen der Wäsche war jedoch in einem abgeschlossenen Bereich und nicht zur Verfügung. Kleine Probleme, die sicher zu beheben sind.

Schöne Familienferien

Wir waren 2 Wochen mit unseren drei fast erwachsenen Söhnen da. Genug Platz, gut eingerichtete Küche. Es hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit breiten Doppelbetten, plus ein grosses Klappbett, das wir im Wohnzimmer aufgestellt hatten. Zusätzlich hätte es eine Matratze gehabt. Die zwei grossen Schiebefenster mit Blick aufs Meer sind fast wie ein Balkon oder sogar besser bei starkem Wind. Die direkte Strandlage, mit schönen Sonnenaufgängen, haben wir sehr geschätzt! Da wir September/Oktober da waren, war es sehr ruhig, hatten den Strand fast für uns und die Läden und Restaurants waren z.T. geschlossen oder nur noch am Wochenende offen, was uns nicht störte. Somit hatten wir auch nie ein Parkplatzproblem (ca100m).

Wunderschöne Wohnung direkt am Strand

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einer wunderbar eingerichteten Wohnung in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Der Vermieter und der Verwalter haben sich nett und gut um unsere Ankunft und unser Wohlergehen gekümmert. Der Strand und das Wasser waren sehr sauber.

am Meer, im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig

Wir sind begeistert. Die Wohnung ist direkt am Meer und gleichzeitig im Zentrum von Argelès Plage mit vielen Restaurants gleich nebenan. Wir waren in der Hochsaison (Ende Juli) und Lärm war überhaupt kein Problem. Danke!

- sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung - Küche ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet - großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach - großzügige Duschen und Bäder - perfekte Strandlage - Pyrenäen sind sehr schnell erreichbar für Wanderungen - schöne Gassen zum durchlaufen, shoppen und essen gehen - Hafen 1,6 km entfernt / frischer Fisch kann dort direkt von Fischern erworben werden - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Fonprix bis Lidl vorhanden
