I was in my late twenties when I purchased this condo. I lived in the condo for about 1.5 years before I started traveling extensively for work. I work as an independent Software Architect, consultant and instructor for internet based enterprise applications.
I am also an avid Skydiver, BASE Jumper, Speed-Flyer, Paraglider, Mountain Biker, Skier and Snowboarder. I love my condo in Tahoe City because it is close to world-class hike/bike trails, world-class skiing/snowboarding, just to name a few reasons. There is always amazing things to do in Tahoe, which can include relaxing in the fresh mountain air.
I am also an avid Skydiver, BASE Jumper, Speed-Flyer, Paraglider, Mountain Biker, Skier and Snowboarder. I love my condo in Tahoe City because it is close to world-class hike/bike trails, world-class skiing/snowboarding, just to name a few reasons. There is always amazing things to do in Tahoe, which can include relaxing in the fresh mountain air.
Why they chose this property
We purchased this condo due to the close proximity to the North side of Lake Tahoe. We personally love the 5 minute walk to the lake, the 20 minute walk into Tahoe City. We can also bike from our condo, up to the high school for endless bike trails. Kings beach, state-line and incline village are a short drive, and most of the ski resorts are 5 to 10 minutes drive away.
What makes this property unique
The large deck is amazing for summer. You can drive up to the front door. No stairway or hallway to get into the condo. Easy access to Hwy 28, bike path and the lake. We regularly walk from our house to Tahoe city for coffee in the morning on the asphalt walking path. We regard our home highly, and strive to keep all the little things that anyone needs on their vacation, accessible, and available so you can relax.
We both travel for a living, and truly understand the importance of the 'little things' you need when you are on the road. We strive to ensure everything you need is already in place when you arrive. After all, we frequently vacation at our condo, and we expect everything to be 'set' so we can relax!
