Our House is located in a very quiet hamlet, 4 km from Saint Dier d'Auvergne, in the heart of the Tuscany of Auvergne.

The house of 150 m2 has a garden of 1500 m2 with a swimming pool of 8m / 4m, heated and protected, a courtyard with shower
The House offers total comfort for an ideal holiday!

On the ground floor :
The living room with a traditional fireplace and a wood stove offers a relaxation area by the fire and a dining area near the open kitchen.

The heating of the house is electric, it is calculated in addition to the rental according to the consumption indicated on the meter of the house.

The equipped kitchen offers a halogen hob, an oven, a microwave, a sink 2 bins, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer, a refrigerator with freezer
The dishes are adapted to the reception of several people
A toilet
Wifi assured and TV available if necessary
On the 1st floor:
2 bedrooms with a double bed plus storage, a bathroom and a toilet
On the 2nd floor:
1 bedroom with a double bed and storage and 1 open space / dorm room with a large bed and possibility of installing 2 mattresses for children.

The setting is conducive to rest, the hamlet has 7 houses including ours!

The garden offers your children a large trampoline, swings and a small slide and a vegetable garden with strawberries and raspberries for gourmands! A ping pong table awaits the biggest!

The heated pool is surrounded by a protective barrier for young children, a large deck of wood and stone surrounds this pool, a jet against the current allows more athletes to swim longer, massage gets allow relaxation and a bike Elliptical under the yard offers you the opportunity to maintain your shape .... Finally the terrace surrounding the pool is ideal for yoga sessions enhanced by the singing of birds! The pool is open in summer only.

The park of Livradois Forez is located in the heart of the Puy de Dome, between the volcanoes of Auvergne (Clermont Ferrand, Vulcania, the Puy de Dome, the Sancy, Saint Nectaire, the lakes of Auvergne ...) and the Monts du Forez (Pierre sur Haute, the Beal pass, Chalmazelle ....)

The house is located 1 hour from Clermont Ferrand, 45 minutes from Vichy, 1:30 from the Chaise Dieu, 1 hour from Puy en Velay, 30 minutes from Thiers (medieval town, capital of cutlery), 30 minutes from Ambert ( very nice town with its famous paper mill Richard de Bas), 15 minutes from Billom (medieval town, ideal for shopping with its famous Monday market), 15 minutes of courpiére (small town practice for shopping and its market Traditional Tuesday), 10m from Cunhlat, nice village with a nice walk on Wednesdays.

The activities are many and varied: hiking on foot or by bike, canoeing, bike rails, tennis, boat on Lake Vichy and volcano lakes, hook branches, via ferrata, visits to regional places ... flea markets .. ...

For golf lovers, several golf courses are nearby, the compact golf Cunhlat (9 holes) 15 minutes from the house, the Vichy sporting club (18 holes), golf Montpensier Vichy (18 holes), the Clermont Ferrand Volcanoes golf course (18 holes), the Puy en Velay golf course (18 holes), the 18-hole golf course for sheep, the Val d'Ozon golf course (9 holes), the Super Flu golf course. ...

Superbe Maison avec piscine

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison du Mayet. La maison est toute équipée, très propres.La cuisine est spacieuse et ouverte sur le séjour et sur la terrasse. Le séjour est très comfortable. Les chambres sont grandes, la literie est comfortable. La salle de bain agréable avec une grande douche et de la pression. Le jardin est vaste, sans vis a vis, les enfants pouvaient faire du trampo, du ping ping. Et la piscine est une merveille, grande, chauffée, parfaitement entretenue, nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour en Auvergne, la région est magnifique, atypique par ses volcans et attachante. Encore merci, Anne-Marie et Cerise, pour votre accueil, vos conseils de visites et votre disponibilité.

Vacances familiales réussies !! Tout est possible avec des enfants de tout âge (9 à 1 an)… - piscine sécurisée, chaude et aménagée - trampoline très grand, - balançoire - table de ping pong - … Un bémol cependant l’isolation phonique des chambres !! On entend tout dès que quelqu’un bouge !

Ein sehr schönes großzügiges Haus mit allem Komfort, der für einen erholsamen Urlaub erforderlich ist. Vor allem traumhaft der Pool. Zwischendurch gab es Probleme mit dem WLAN, aber die Vermieter haben sich effizient darum gekümmert und für Ersatz des defekten Gerätes gesorgt, so dass das WLAn auch wieder funktionierte

Mauvaise surprise à notre arrivée : une seule salle de bains au lieu des DEUX inscrites dans l annonce .... " désolée pour ce CONTRE TEMPS " nous a déclaré la propriétaire .... qui nous a proposé une autre salle de bains dans la maison d en face !!! Nous n étions pas responsables de cette GROSSIERE ERREUR, et la propriétaire s est dégagée de toutes responsabilités !!! QUEL DOMMAGE !!!

LOGEMENT DANGEREUX ANNONCE MENSONGÈRE

La maison ne comporte qu’une seule salle de douche et celle-ci est dangereuse car l’Installation électrique n’est pas aux normes ( éclairage près du jet de douche) !!! Donc il n’y a pas de SdB réellement utilisable. De plus contrairement à ce que l’annonce précise, la maison n’est pas climatisée. Il y a seulement deux appareils mobiles dans les chambres du dernier étage dont un où il faut vider la bassine d’eau très régulièrement. Les deux chambres du haut sont séparées par une cloison en partie vitrée. Le plancher aux étages est en bois rendant la maison bruyante donc inconfortable ( on est réveillé soit par la lumière de la chambre voisine soit par le bruit). L’ensemble du mobilier est vieillot et parfois devrait être nettoyé. Le ménage n’est pas bien fait : nous avons retrouvé deux slips dans notre chambre. Outre le problème de dangerosité dont les propriétaires ne se soucient guère puisqu’ils nous ont juste affirmé que l’électricité était sans risque, la maison est louée bien trop chère pour la prestation fournie. Nous avons souvent loué par Abritel et c’est la première fois que nous avons un si faible niveau de prestation pour le prix demandé. Seule la piscine est conforme à la description : propre, entretenue et chauffée.

Très bonne adresse

Nous avons passé un agréable moment. Maison très sympa et bien équipée. La literie est bonne. L’environnement invite au repos. La piscine est un vrai atout. Surtout pour les enfants! Nombreux transats (pratique) et différentes terrasses pour changer d’ambiance suivant les moments de la journée. La propriétaire est gentille et très accueillante. De même , Béatrice la dame qui s’occupe de l’état des lieux est sympathique. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci !!

sehr erholsamer Urlaub in wunderbarer Umgebung

Es ist ein schönes Haus mit großzügigem Außengelände und schönem Pool. Wir zwei Familien (sieben Personen) haben gut Platz gefunden. Die Objektbeschreibung war allerdings nicht ganz genau: Es wurden zwei Badezimmer angegeben, aber es gab nur ein Bad und zwei separate Toiletten. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, um die wunderbare Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir können uns vorstellen, wiederzukommen.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf

We hebben heerlijk genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis is aangenaam en alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Door de grote tuin met trampoline en schommels is het een ideale plaats voor een familievakantie met kleine kinderen. Het zwembad is een grote troef. We zouden zo teruggaan.

Vacances calmes et reposantes à la campagne

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette jolie maison. Nous n’avons pas rencontré les propriétaires mais Céline était là pour nous renseigner. L’accès à la maison et la communication étaient très faciles. La maison est très mignonne, confortable et très bien équipée (accessoires de cuisine à foison, jeux, table de ping pong, trampoline et surtout la piscine !). Le cadre est super agréable, belle vue sur la campagne environnante, un calme impressionnant, on entend des vaches au loin, les oiseaux et c’est tout ! Idéal pour se ressourcer et regarder les étoiles le soir. Nous sommes ravis de notre semaine passée dans cette maison !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très jolie maison parfaitement adaptée à un séjour en famille. La décoration est soignée, les espaces fonctionnels et l’atmosphere très agréable. Le jardin est grand et très bien équipé pour les enfants. La piscine, enfin, est magnifique et sans aucun vis à vis. Les propriétaires charmants et disponibles sont par ailleurs de très bon conseil sur les commerces et attraits de leur région. Maison parfaite pour un séjour au calme.

Too far from everything

It was a lovely location in the mountains but unfortunately it took a long time to get anywhere and the local villages were always closed- it was 10 k to buy groceries at nearest town. The roads were windy and dangerous in some places if one was to meet a big truck-had several near misses. Also the house had been closed up all winter and smelled of mold, especially the couch which I reported to the landlord. He was very accommodating when the stove did not work and had trouble getting the dishwasher to work-he sent his local French speaking housekeeper to help but I needed my friend in Auzon to call and speak French to her so she understood what was happening and also to arrange to meet us on our departure date. The pool was nice but the pool guy had to come out when I reported that it was not heated as promised. But all in all, the remote rural setting was pastoral, but I thought it was closer to my friend than it was. Not having the address before making the reservation and deposit clearly did not leave us with any option to withdraw from the property.

Royaal huis met een groot zwembad

Het huis heeft een grote tuin in een prachtige Franse omgeving. Je hoort s Avonds niets en kan eindeloos genieten van de sterrenhemel. Hoewel het huis rustig ligt, is het niet afgelegen. Genoeg te bekijken in de omgeving. (Binnen 40 minuten rijden). Het zwembad is heerlijk en in een goede staat. Het huis is royaal en alles is aanwezig. Wij hebben enorm genoten van alles. De omgeving is glooiend, niet echt bergachtig, maar wel heel oud en mooi.
