Villa located in Rawai in the south of Phuket.
This villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a covered terrace, a private pool, and an outdoor area.
There is no opposite, everything is well fenced.

The price includes:
- cleaning twice a week
- pool and garden maintenance
- water and drinking water

The following are excluded from the price:
- electricity consumption (6 thb per unit)

Conditions:
* Respect for house staff and neighbors
* No smoking inside the villa (Only outside or on the terrace)
* Guarantee deposit of 300 euros on arrival (returned on the last day)
* Arrival time: from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
* Departure time: 08:00 to 11:00

For a late arrival (after 6:00 p.m.) or an early departure (before 8:00 a.m.):
** additional fee of 1,000 baht to be paid to the person in charge of reception
