About this property

Warm & inviting, updated bayfront house with access to the beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Perfect for relaxing getaways or for staying all season! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is on a seawalled lot on Lemon Bay overlooking beautiful mangrove islands and has a new boat dock with good water-depth for boating. Less than a 5 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico.

Features a great-room living, dining, and kitchen areas - all nicely furnished, a large TV and comfortable furniture in the living room, a dining table and bar stools at the granite island in the kitchen, and all new stainless steel appliances. The sliding glass doors open up to the screened lanai and peaceful waterfront view. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and TV. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. Both bathrooms have showers. Included are Wi-Fi internet and cable TV, a washer & dryer, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach access, use of the boat dock, and enough room for parking a boat trailer.

Great spot for beach and bay access
