About this property

This historic bungalow home built in 1920 and renovated in 2016 is located on a quiet street in Southwest Atlanta's historic Capitol View Manor just blocks away from the Beltline's Westside Trail and minutes away from the Mercedes Benz Stadium. The home, perfect for the art lover (we collect work by local artists), film industry crew, concert/festival goer, and sports enthusiast is full of vibrant splashes of color, lush and cozy fabrics, and eclectic antiques. The guests will have access to the entire home; Living Room, Dining Room, Breakfast/drinking nook, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, 48in flat screen tv (with Chromecast, Netflix and Hulu), and internet access.

Although we are new to the VRBO platform we are superhosts on AIR BNB and happy to share our reviews with you upon request. Atlanta Ancestry Hunt and meeting uncle and cousins for first time ever!!!!!

Cute house, very comfy. The driveway is a bit challenging but other than that it was great. Water pressure good for showers, plenty of kitchen utensils etc.... cooked breakfast every morning and dinner once. Our host was a sweetheart! We wished there would have been cable to make it easier on us old peeps, but once we got the hang of streaming it was good...Gone most of the day, but watching a movie at night before bed to unwind is a must for me. Go to the Georgia Aquarium and Lake Lanier awesome place. We loved our stay!

A cozy eclectic retreat in the heart of Capitol View Manor, with a renovation that preserves all the quirky charm of the 1920's, this home is graced with beautifully finished hardwood floors, the original fireplace, a front porch & expansive fenced in yard. One bedroom features a comfy queen sized mattress, while the other a comfy full. If you need additional sleeping areas beyond the 2 bedrooms the sofa is also very comfortable.
