Just outside town, Private entrance, one large room plus bathroom with shower, big screen tv, queen bed plus futon, full size fridge, electric cook stove, microwave, kitchen sink, kitchen island, dining table, desk for work space, fast wifi internet connection. Close to the road but surprisingly minimalroad noise, no other houses around nearby. Located centrally to Current River and several state parks.

Owners Laura and Kirk was very nice enjoyed talking with them very clean bed gave a very nice rest 100% will stay here again when in the area

Good stay!

First off, the lady who complained about the odor is completely full of it. It smelt clean and fresh, even pleasant. It’s a very convenient location and very affordable. Laura was kind and responsive. I also appreciated the protein snacks she provided that were great to bring on all my river floats.

HEED MY WARNING

Very unpleasant any would not recommend anyone to stay there. There is a very strong musty/moldy smell. If you express your concerns and bad experience to the owner, you get called names nor does vrbo care. .

Studio rental near floating

My husband and I stayed here two nights when in the area on a float trip. It fit our needs perfectly for a reasonable price.
