Located in Old Seagrove's community, The Grove by the Sea, "Heavenly Sunshine" is a renovated and custom decorated 4 bedroom, 4 bath beach home. Just a short 7 minute walk to the beach, this cottage is one of the most family friendly homes that sleeps 10 comfortably.

Screened porches, balconies, and back decks make this beautiful home as much fun outside as it is in. Upon entering the screened porch, you'll enjoy a porch swing and outdoor seating perfect for that morning cup of coffee or afternoon book. The main living space offers an oversized family room and open concept to eat-in kitchen and dining space (seats 8) along with an updated kitchen with bar seating for 5 more people. 'Heavenly Sunshine' is located steps to the 2 shared community pools. Beach access is located a short 7 minute walk down the street. Seagrove shops and restaurants are also a short walk away and downtown Seaside is a short bike ride away!

Plenty of room, good size common space and bedrooms. Worked well with kids, close to pool and beach, though we used a wagon for the walk to the beach with 3 little kids. The beach was quiet and nice. Nice outdoor porches. Kitchen was a little lacking in kitchen supplies, bring some basics if you plan on cooking a bunch. Overall, would come back!

This house was perfect! The main bedroom as well as two guest rooms all have king beds and the third guest room has a queen bed w bunks. Each of the four bedrooms has a private bath. The layout was spacious and comfortable for watching movies and dining in on a rainy day. We will stay here again!

Perfect location for a great vacation!

We stayed at this beautiful home for the month of February and absolutely enjoyed it. The house was very spacious for our family of four, plus additional family that visited us while we were there. The bunkroom was perfect for our kids. We also loved the screened in porches, they were perfect for morning coffee and afternoon naps! The location was wonderful, the neighborhood is quiet even though it's right off 30a, the beach access is about a 5 min walk, and we were able to easily bike to nearby towns. We rarely used our car and loved being able to bike and walk each day.. Seagrove is a great spot as it's close to Seaside and Watercolor, and only a short drive to Alys Beach and Rosemary. We loved our time in this very special part of FL and we can't wait to return.

A “heavenly” experience!

We ranged in age from 3 months to 78 years. The property was ‘home’ to all of us - complete with Fully-equipped kitchen & large refrigerator to family entertainment from books to games to TV’s. Also close swimming pool and short walk to the beach. This home is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We will be back!

Great House!!

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at this property and it is wonderful. The house is beautiful, the kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of space for our family. The beach is pleasant walk and only a few minutes away. Lord willing we will be back next February for our third visit!
