200 meters from the beaches, lagoon (near the Salines, anse Tarare). Located in the tourist residence of "Karukera" at the tip of the castles, 6 km from the Marina, Golf, restaurants and shops of the seaside resort of Saint Francis.
On a raised ground of 360 m2 sheltered from any indiscreet look (totally enclosed and without any screw screw) it can comfortably accommodate from 2 to 4 people (+ a baby). Totally air-conditioned. The openings are equipped with electric shutters. Covered and uncovered terraces.

Trés belle location parfaite à 2. le côté privatif est parfait!

La maison est bien agencée et offre une bonne intimité. Même si elle se trouve à la pointe de l'ile, elle est parfaite pour un séjour saisonnier.

Mon séjour en Guadeloupe était fabuleux! Et je sais que cette magnifique villa y a bien joué son rôle! Elle est très agréable à vivre, très fonctionnelle, dans un quartier calme, la décoration est de bon goût et la propreté est au rendez vous. Ce que j'ai adoré par dessus tout c'est la cuisine ouverte! Quel plaisir de cuisiner avec vue sur terrasse et jardin! Bien entendu la piscine rend cet endroit encore plus idyllique. J'y retournerais sans hésitation. Je recommande sincèrement cette belle villa créole!!!
