Superb recent individual chalet (2016) of 165m2 of living space facing south with large 30m2 terrace with panoramic views of the village and mountains.
In winter, local skiing on Pralognan or Champagny / La Plagne (15 min by car) or Courchevel / 3 Vallées (30 min by car)
Summer, hiking and mountaineering in the Vanoise massif, mountain biking circuits, and other mountain activities.
