Large studio of 30 m2 on the ground floor, for 2 adults and two children with a 160cm bed and two 80cm sofa beds, fitted out and equipped to accommodate a person with reduced mobility (PRM) with exterior access ramp on the street side. Access to the residence's garden, equipped kitchenette, shower room, WC.
This apartment is communicating with a studio for 4 people (ref 1547995) with terrace and can therefore accommodate 8 people in its entirety.

This studio is located in a very quiet residence built in traditional stone and recently renovated, 50m from the port and close to shops. A large landscaped garden is accessible at the back where you will find deckchairs.

Nous avons utilisé le studio uniquement pour dormir car nous avions une autre maison un peu plus loin, et c'était impeccable. Les seuls bémols étaient les futons, pas très confortables, mais j'avais mal lu l'annonce donc c'est de ma faute, sinon il y avait beaucoup d'humidité, mais comme nous n'étions pas présents de la journée, on a pas pu aérer le logement correctement. Des amis l'ont utilisé il y a quelques années et tout s'était super bien passé!

Très bon séjour

Très bon emplacement, proche de la plage, du port, des restaurants. Belles balades sur le littoral.Le studio est bien équipé pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant. Seul bémol, le studio sentait le renfermé et un peu l'humidité.

Déception

Aucun placard pour vêtements. Problèmes d'odeurs d'égouts insupportables pendant les 3 premiers jours. Accessoires de cuisine sont sur des étagères sans protection. Difficultés d'accès au jardin (marches, couloir, code...) alors que l'annonce nous montre un grand jardin avec barbecue, difficilement utilisable. Je ne vois pas une personne à mobilité réduite profiter du jardin. Parking pour le véhicule..... après avoir parcouru 450 m... Vue sur le rue et non pas sur la mer !!!! En conclusion beaucoup trop cher vu les prestations.

super séjour en Golfe du Morbilhan

L'endroit est superbe, la vue sur la baie est magnifique, le coucher de soleil est immanquable. Les logements sont spacieux, bien aménagés et décorés avec soin, ce qui est rare. Nous y avons passé un excellent (mais trop court) séjour et nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute.
