Cozy studio of 25 m2, of Nordic design, in the new boulevard of Torremolinos, San Enrique Building, Avenida de Palma de Mallorca 6.
Just only 1 minute on foot to the famous San Miguel Street, 2 minutes walking to the Torremolinos commuter train, and 10 minutes short walk to the Bajondillo beach.
Gym next to the building.
Next to the entertainment area, bars and restaurants.

The studio has 25 m2, is very cozy, and is on the top floor with beautiful views to the new boulevard and the sea.
It is fully renovated in January 2019, it has a fully equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, etc.
Luxury double bed with mattress and viscoelastic pillows, for a guaranteed rest.
Design bathroom with large shower tray.
