Located in the award winning “Bayside Resort” waterfront community, this 4 bedroom luxury townhome is one of Bayside’s most popular rentals and the perfect place for your multi-generation family vacation. Newly updated with 2-zoned air conditioning and heating, each floor can choose temperature setting so that everyone is comfortable! The house boasts recently upgraded finishes and furnishings, and is beautifully appointed and maintained.
Walk around the corner to the Commons Neighborhood Pool and recreation area, or enjoy a 5 minute walk to the larger Sun Ridge Pool/kids Splash Zone and Tennis & Pickleball complex where the kids have their pick of water and playground activities. Drive or take the shuttle to Fenwick Island state park/beach and Ocean City beaches and boardwalk which are just a few miles away.
The backyard has a built-in gas fire pit with plenty of seating for those chilly summer nights and s'mores after your barbecue feast on the large gas grill and outdoor dining area.
The gourmet kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances and is outfitted with everything you need to prepare your vacation meals and treats. For coffee enjoy the Keurig which is both a drip & K-cup machine!
The Harris Teeter grocery store w/Starbuck's is located conveniently at the entrance of Bayside along with Foxes pizza, Bayside Wine and Spirits, Hometown Creamery and PNC bank. CVS, McDonalds and Dunkin’ Donuts are across the street. If you choose not to cook, there are multiple restaurants and dining options on premises including, Signatures Restaurant at the Clubhouse where you will enjoy dining inside or al fresco overlooking the beautiful Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. Do not miss 38 Degrees bar and restaurant overlooking the Bay located at the “Point” for exquisite sunset views, and each of the guest pools have both bar and food options.
Items Available for Guest Use: Beach Chairs and Cruiser Bikes. Bikes are to be used within the Bayside Community. Items are expected to be available for use but may need to be removed if damaged. Guests assume full responsibility and risk when using these items.

For extra guests there is a queen sleep sofa in the family room. The house accommodates up to 12 comfortably.
Linens Package Option: Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included. For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.

The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Bayside Resort Community. Included in the email will be instructions on how to order your Bayside Amenities Passes. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.
Cleaning Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.
Outdoor Monitoring The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space. These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.

The property was great! House was clean and located in a great spot within the community. We do wish the amenities were open a little later than 7:00pm each night but overall we were happy with our experience.
My family and I loved the neighborhood. The neighborhood was perfect for bike riding. The weather was 85° and the house was absolutely perfect. It accommodated us our needs and I provided everything that you can possibly think of regarding kitchen supplies laundry and the backyard was just the perfect size for a family, barbecue and gathering I will definitely come back.
We rented this townhouse in Bayside Selbyville during July 2023. There were 3 adults and 3 teenagers. The property was fantastic, in immaculate condition and well cared for. We had everything we needed. The community was fantastic and had loads of activities and space for recreation. We would rent here again. Thank you
We had seven of us staying, and there was plenty of room for everyone. No one was on top of each other plenty of TVs, and it was amazing to have the outside fire pit and Grill. Everything was easy to use directions for everything made life so much easier. Thank you for making our break from reality. Such a success.
I was very impressed with how organized and clean this home was. We had a brief issue with the WiFi and it was fixed within 10 minutes! We will definitely be staying there again. Take note that the garage is very small because of the bikes on the wall so unless you have a compact be prepared to park in the guest lot. Which isn’t that far a way. Also the master bedroom mattress could use a mattress pad it tad too firm. Other than that a very lovely home.
We have stayed in this neighborhood before and love it. Great location. Well furnished kitchen. Garage is unbelievably small...basically unusable; and trash manage is a little bit of a pain. The trash bin and recycling bin take up much space in the small garage, so getting a car in was not feasable. First time where we have rented a home and had to bring our own towels and linens...didn't care much for that. Welcome bottle of wine when we arrived...that was a nice touch. The fire pit on the back porch was a highlight. Grill was clean and gased up...cooked great. Lots of games and puzzles. Save money and drive to the Food Lion for groceries; Harris Teeter will hurt your wallet.
Cannot say enough good things about this property. Steve was so great about answering our questions and helping to make sure we had a good stay. The house was super clean and has everything we needed. There was plenty of parking and everything was close by. The resort area was also great—the pools, the bars, the live music; it made our vacation so enjoyable! Having 3 bathrooms was definitely a plus, too. Will definitely come again!
Property was just right for our group
Mom mom & pop pop could avoid stairs while the kids took the upstairs. They really enjoyed the fire pit & made a few batches of ‘s’mores. Walkable to both pools they liked.
Home had everything we needed!
This house worked really well for our family group,ranging from Grandparents to young children. The house is very well equipped and had everything we needed. Beautifully clean and comfortable.
The only negative was that we had to hire bedlinen and towels, and as we were travelling from outside the US we couldn't bring things with us. This incurred extra expense for us,especially as we were holidaying out of season.
But that didn't stop us from haveing a great holiday.
This property was great and the owners were very communicative during the whole process. This house was perfect for what we were looking for for the weekend and was also very clean and at a very reasonable price. The only downside was the proximity to the beach but aside from that there are some great restraint within close distance as well as a shopping center with a grocery store just outside of the community. We would absolutely stay here again
Plenty of space for our family. Home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed plus. Many activities and spaces to enjoy in the Bayside Resort community. The resort staff were helpful and polite.

Villa was very clean, well maintained and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds so everyone rested really well. The beach was a short drive and the Bayside community amenities were awesome when it rained or when we wanted a change of pace from the beaches. Fenwick is very small and quiet, so we spent most of our time in Bethany Beach and Ocean City. We’d stay here again for sure!
