Come to discover this nice bourgeois home of 300m2 nice and bright. It will allow you to relax and enjoy the nature and quiet of the countryside on 2 acres. It consists of a large entrance, a spacious dining room, a billiard room adjoining the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a study. Six bedrooms are on the first floor with two bathrooms, both with shower and bath. We offer many outdoor and indoor games. The house is a 3-minute drive from Saint-Fargeau, its castle and its historical spectacle and 15 minutes from the castle of Guédelon, Lake Bourdon and the animal park of Boutissaint.
