Baywatch is located beside two villas under the same management: Siesta (5BR) and Bahia (1BR). The three villas combined offer 11 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 22 guests. Free flowing access to the three villas on the 2-acre combined property is ideal for very large groups vacationing together. Please message us, if interested.

Rates:
The base rate is $960/night for 1-6 person occupancy in 3 bedrooms.
Up to 6 additional guests can be accommodated in the entire 5 bedroom villa at a price of $50 per person per night.
All rates are based on occupancy of 2 persons per bedroom.

*Please note that the sea and beach can be affected by unfavorable local or remote weather, and that it is not possible to guarantee the conditions described above at all times.

** The villa has 3 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms (plus a loft) in the cottage, which is steps away from the main house.

Other things to note

Food and drinks
Groceries are conveniently delivered and the bill with the supermarket is settled at the villa. Guests typically communicate with us for a meal plan for the first few days of the stay, after which they coordinate with the cook. Both international and local dishes can be prepared. Our delicious meals are a highlight for many guests!

Transportation
Transportation is not included with the rental but we can organize a licensed driver for airport pickups and dropoffs. The driver is also available for excursions from the villa.

Staff hours are from 8am to 7pm.

Spectacular

Baywatch exceeded my expectations… the beautiful location, the gorgeous main house and cottage, the attentive and friendly staff, the scrumptious meals… everything was perfect. Great times had!

Overall i think the villa is great. It looked exactly how it was displayed on the pictures. The staff was nice and courteous. Cooking was great from Janet! We would definitely stay ther again.

Beautiful beaches and Exceptional cook

Our family of eight had a wonderful stay at Baywatch from July 9th to 14th. The staff was exceptional, with Janet providing delicious meals that we all enjoyed. The relaxed atmosphere allowed us to unwind, play music, dance, and soak up the beautiful ocean. We were particularly impressed with the condition of the house and the owner's prompt response to any issues, especially considering the recent hurricane. We highly recommend this home for a family vacation.

We had a great time at the Baywatch Villa

Everything was as pictured and advertised. Janice, the cook, did a great job, Cassie the housekeeper kept the inside of the property clean, and Marvin the gardener did a great job with the garden. There was a security guard that walked the property all night, the villa was very secure. We we all felt safe and secure. We enjoyed three very good meals each day, and the staff met all of our dietary needs. Both the pool and sea were just steps from the villa. The villa and pool offer great privacy, and there is not much beach traffic. I would definitely bring water shoes for the sea. Our host Gary was outstanding to deal with. From beginning to end, he was on top of things and called me before I departed to make sure we enjoyed our visit.

Fantastic!

Our second stay at this wonderful property, perfect for our family of 8. The staff is incredible - from Janet's amazing meals to Cassie's excellent housekeeping and Marlon's daily grounds keeping, we always felt well cared for! They are also so warm and welcoming, it felt like home away from home. There were beautiful, updated tile bathrooms in the cottage this year and other smaller upgrades. There was no beach in front of the house when we were there this year but there are steps into the water and there was a sandy area near the lawn for our granddaughter to play in so no one really minded. We only missed walking the length of the beach. Otherwise the location is perfect with unbelievable sunsets every evening. Gary is a superb host and this is a real gem of a place!

From the moment we arrived at the airport, our experience was nothing short of incredible. Steve, our driver, greeted us with a warm smile and was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable about the area, offering tips and insights that made us feel instantly at home.When we got to the villa, we were welcomed by the wonderful staff who made our stay so special. Miss Janet cooked the most delicious meals every dish was packed with flavor and love. She told us she cooks from the heart, and you could absolutely taste it in every bite. Miss Casandra kept our surroundings clean and fresh, always with a kind word and a smile.The property itself is truly an oasis. Surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sounds of birds, it felt like a private tropical paradise. The pool was spotless and inviting perfect for cooling off during the day or relaxing in the evening. Everywhere you turned, there was a sense of peace and calm. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel at ease.At night, Mr. Campbell, the security guard, was always nearby. His quiet presence gave us a real sense of safety and comfort. We also had the pleasure of spending time with Chris, Marlon, and Rass each of them brought something special to our stay and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves.This trip was one to remember, and it was all thanks to the amazing people and this beautiful property. We’re already planning to return.

The absolute best vacation we have ever had

This was without question the best property we have ever stayed in the world. Every expectation I had of the property was met or exceeded and I had excellent communication with Gary prior to booking, before our arrival and during our stay. There was a weather related issue with steps going to the beach at Bahia, which we had originally booked for our honeymoon. Gary was very quick to rectify the issue by allowing us to stay in Baywatch, which was hands down the greatest wedding gift we could have possibly received. The pictures you see on the property page are exactly what it looks like, clean house and pool, a beautifully maintained garden, amazing views, private and secure. It felt like home and was everything we wanted and more. The staff was incredible with notable exception of Janet. She prepared the greatest homecooked meals we have ever had in our lives and essentially looked after us like a really cool aunt or older sister. We cannot thank her enough for making our first of many trips to Jamaica so special.

Two families with young children

We are two families: 4 adults, six children aged 2,2,5,5,7,8. We had a wonderful time. Gary was extremely helpful answering questions and making arrangements for our transportation to and from the property. Gary also encouraged us to bring our paddle boards. The listing doesn’t describe the beautiful coral reef in the bay. Everyday, the adults and children went out with paddle boards and goggles - a snorkeling adventure right in your backyard. I’d say that snorkelling was the highlight of our trip, if it weren’t for the exceptional staff and the wonderful cooking. Janet’s meals were to die for - all of her Jamaican cooking for fantastic. She also went out of her way to accommodate the kids: chicken fingers for some, raw veggies for others. Cassie was marvellous in her role and everyone adored her. Marlon, the groundskeeper was a pleasure - we’re sorry that we didn’t invite him to join in the soccer games earlier in the vacation. Useful tips: Our grocery bill was about 15% of the booking and the gratuity paid to the staff was also about 15%. We are considering returning and we highly recommend this property for young families.

Everything was better than expected!

This property is even more breathtaking in person. My boyfriend and I stayed at Baywatch for his birthday and we both agreed this was the best vacation we’ve ever had. Everything was 10/10, from communicating with Gary, to finding the property and checking in, to getting to know the lovely staff, to the location of the property. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, we can’t wait to return. The chef- Ms Janet made sure all our dietary needs were met and made sure we were always fed a hot and delicious home cooked meal. Ms. Cassie- the housekeeper did an excellent job at making sure we didn’t have to lift a finger and the space was always spotless. Sir Marlon- the gardener was very attentive and made sure the yard was well taken care of; he also got us any gear we needed for water activities. Lastly, it was a pleasure to get to know the security guards, Deshaun, Nico and Mr. Campbell- they all provided a peace of mind as we slept. The location couldn’t be any better, there was 24/7 security and it was surrounded by several restaurants, activities, atms, local grocery stores and it’s one straight drive to Ocho Rios. If you’re thinking about booking this villa this is definitely your sign to pull the trigger. Please ask about Ms. Lorna - the masseuse, her hands are something special! PS. Keep in mind that groceries and gratuity aren't included, you can expect to pay at least 10-15 % of the overall cost of your accommodation for tip and gratuity each. Huge shoutout to everyone!

Fantastic!

This was the perfect beach vacation! The property is exactly as pictured and described. What an amazing location with the constant sound of the waves just steps from the house and garden. We had all our meals on the veranda with a beautiful tropical breeze and a spectacular view. The layout of the house is perfect with double doors opening to the front and side allowing the breeze to flow through the house. We spent our entire week right there as we had everything we wanted. We snorkeled directly from the beach. But the best part was the amazing staff who took such good care of us. The food was outstanding! Jahnet shopped and cooked all the Jamaican dishes we requested. And Cassie and Marlon kept everything clean inside and out. Gary was very responsive as we had to reschedule out trip twice due to Covid. We couldn't be happier that we finally got to Jamaica. It was everything we hoped for!

Winter break

Thank you to Gary and his team for a great visit to Baywatch. We enjoyed the house, pool, and access to the beach. The views were spectacular and the beach was very well maintained. The house was in great condition and the staff was very pleasant. Enjoyed our Jamaican getaway!
