Part independent of the house owners, in ground floor, completely renovated in 2015, in the middle of a forest of 2 ha and close to the winery, with sea view panoramic (blackcurrant creeks, islands of Embiez, bays of Bandol and Sanary), very quiet, private parking, paved and lined 90 m2, terrace garden. WI-FI ACCESS. Ground floor: equipped kitchen, living space relaxation bench, bedroom a double bed (140cm), separate wc closed in shower room. Oil central heating. NO OVERFLOW.
