Mountain cabin
The house is beautiful and very clean. The owner responded quickly to a question. The only disappointment was that it was advertised as having a hot tub, but there was none.

Cozy and Rustic Cabin
Our stay at The Laurel was amazing. The place and location was peaceful with beautiful scenery. The cabin was clean, interesting decorations, great beds, and great amenities. Barbara is a wonderful host. She was quick to respond and get what we needed. The porch was spacious and came with a fireplace. We would stay again.

One of the best!!
My family and I were very impressed with how accommodating this cabin was and Barbara is such a wonderful host! The Laurel is hands down a family favorite of the many cabins we’ve stayed in and we would be happy to return. Every detail was thought of and our stay was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend!

As a mother of six and grandmother of 20, I've spent my life providing special places and moments in which to create memories, and it has been fun to transfer all my experience from home to The Laurel. I want to become your "memory maker" as our cabin becomes your home for the days you are here.

Why they chose this property

You'll find The Laurel to be impeccably clean and full of delightful and unexpected treasures to set this vacation apart from all others. Come join us at The Laurel!

What makes this property unique

I once invited a world-renown restorer of log cabins to inspect The Laurel, and as he finished, he turned to me and said our cabin was one of the most perfectly built cabins he had ever encountered. He said it had been thoughtfully and carefully built and had details that are rarely seen in most log cabins. Come see for yourself . . . I'm sure you'll agree!
