4145 By The Sea is a Boutique Hotel located in the heart of Lauderdale By the sea. Our vacation rental is at Three-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beaches, with a tropical vibe, and a short five-minute walk to a pier, and a beautiful town square.
There are many adventurous activities to participate in such as scuba diving, paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, fishing, renting a boat, and renting a bicycle to cycle along the beach. With this, there are plenty of restaurants and boutiques in the time square in which you can enjoy eating and shopping with a scenic view.

Great location

Marjorie was so helpful and the apartment was lovely. Location is perfect for Fort Lauderdale by the sea ( if you walk in the right direction!! 😀)

The location was comfortable and very clean and we appreciated the easy check in process as well as the availability of chairs and umbrella for the beach.

Great place and location

Stayed here for a few days and loved it. Check in was easy. Had an issue with an email not being sent with check in instructions. Contacted them and received a call back within the hour. Location is perfect ad well. Far enough away from the hustle of Lauderdale by the Sea, but close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. Plus the beach was two blocks away.

Ft. Lauderdale get away

Overall good stay. Only thing was AC leaked which informed owner and did not see per se beach chairs for laying in sun just saw stadium chairs for beach but also did not reach out to owner to confirm so that is something if you are planning on beach chairs to check with them before. Other than that it was perfectly located where you can walk every to everything. Very clean!!

Great location with everything we needed

The property was very clean. Communication with host excellent. This location is a block from beach. It was nice to have extras such as coffee, fridge, dishes and beach chairs. Thank you!
