The house renovated in 2016 has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, a dresser and nightstands; Another bedroom has a half-and-half bed, nightstands and a chest of drawers.

The landscape that enjoys several points of this parish is, in fact superb, especially the Miradouro do Lugar de Donsumil, from where you get a magnificent view over the vineyards and the Douro River. The Donsumil cookies are the ex-libris in the gastronomy of this parish. Every year, at the beginning of August, the pilgrimage takes place in honor of the patron saint of São Mamede, in the Mother Church of Vila Marim.
