This beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo features luxury, comfort, and celestial views of the Gulf. Calypso Resort is located in the heart of Panama City Beach located by the best shopping and dining!

Gulf Vistas welcomes you with open arms as your first glance includes the floor-to-ceiling patio doors that take you onto the expansive balcony with ample outdoor seating and amazing views of the emerald green waters and shimmering white sands. The living area features high-end luxury furnishings including a queen sofa sleeper, flat-screen HDTV, and breathtaking views. Formal dining seating for four and added breakfast bar seating allowing everyone to dine together. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you'll need to create sumptuous coastal cuisine for the entire family.

Guest will need to pre-register online for a parking pass BEFORE arrival. There is a one car limit per reservation.

BEST stay!

Spring break 2k25!!

We enjoyed every day/night!! plenty of fun things to do to keep everyone occupied! I personally enjoyed the tiki bar the staff was so sweet. I love the wristbands it helps everyone where they are supposed to be overall a wonderful family oriented stay!! I will be back!

1-1203 Calypso

Days 1 and 2, unit had no a/c. Never had TV reception in the great room. HOA and Direct TV kept pointing fingers at each other, meanwhile, we had no TV. Unit was dated, tub wouldn’t drain so we had to use the shower in the hallway. Very noisy since the bedroom was located on the road side instead of the beach side. No usable pantry for food and the closet in the bedroom was full of cleaning equipment and couldn’t be utilized for clothing.

Perfect condo for the week with the best location in PCB. Communication was great with no issues at check in or check out. I would absolutely rent from them again!

Perfect place for sun and fun

Convenient to beach and pier park. Just a short walk to plenty of food and shopping. Beach is downstairs with chairs and full snack bar. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location and view!

We loved staying at this condo. It was the perfect height being on the 12th floor so that we could still see the dolphins swimming. Location is key and this condo is where it’s at! We were able to walk to pretty much anything we wanted (restaurants, shops, putt putt) and we have four kids (the youngest being 4 years old). We would definitely stay here again.

Cute Condo with Great Views

Mattress in master bedroom was very firm-too hard for me-I was expecting a better mattress for a king size bed-both sinks backed up several times in both bathrooms-then sulfur smell for awhile-they never overflowed-so I didn’t call maintenance-the dryer was very loud-maybe it needs oiling or a new belt-very squeaky & loud-the dryer needs a lint screen when you open the dryer -lint just blows everywhere-the 12th floor was Awesome-the view was Gorgeous-it was so very nice to have beach chairs & umbrellas that came with the condo for the week but was probably included in the price-it’s very centrally located to Pier Park & other restaurants-I would probably stay again but the sinks would have to be looked at for the sulfur smell-maybe get a more expensive mattress that’s more comfortable-& fix the dryer lint screen !!checking in was very easy thru texts & the condo was ready right at 4:00 pm-

Great Location, Average Condo Unit

Reviewer Comments: Calypso is in a very good location and a nice facility, but the unit itself did not compare to condos we've stayed in on PCB for a similar price point. The master suite is in dire need of updating. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the BR furniture was beat up, again, not to the standards expected for the price. There was clutter in the master closet that needed to be cleared out. Cleanliness of the unit was average. The furniture on the patio was not as pictured and not suitable for older renters - Adirondack chairs that took multiple attempts to remove yourself from. The kitchen was very well-equipped and no complaints regarding the living area. Overall I thought the unit was builder grade vs nicer accommodations we're accustomed to for the same money. Supplies provided were adequate and there was a closet of extra items for the beach that could be useful. The management company was quick to respond to any questions.

Beautiful condo but AC was a nightmare

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful but I cannot recommend it to anyone. We will not be returning. Our room was extremely uncomfortable and the temp was hovering at 76 degrees. The humidity was extremely high the week we went. We reached out to maintenance and was told the lowest the AC could go was 74 degrees. We had 4 other families staying at the Calypso and no one else had this regulation. As the week went on, our room was 78-79 degrees. We even avoided going out on the balcony to keep the doors shut. The hot nights were extremely uncomfortable. We cut our losses and left a day early.

Horrible stay in a filthy unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 1203E was horrible. First, the unit was not ready at check in time. Upon getting into the unit, the unit was not clean. The was hair all over the unit. There was mold in the bathroom. It was around the bottom of the shower curtain liner and on the shower head. It was disgusting. Just imagine having to look at that every time you have to take a shower. There was also nasty stains all over the curtain to the patio. I had a hard time getting comfortable in the unit because it was just dirty. It just seemed the unit has not been maintained very well. The owners seem to only want to make money and don’t want to actually improve or maintain the unit. I expressed my frustration with Blue Swell and they offered a $100 credit. For a unit that was nearly $3,000 that amount is just laughable. I will never stay in another Blue Swell property.

Amazing location

Everything was as listed and pictured. Location was perfect and condo was clean. The free beach chairs & umbrella was a plus and I had no issues getting them while on the beach. I loved that Pier Park was literally across the street. Will definitely book again!
