A House on the Dune: access to the beach and the GR34 at 100 from the Dune!

Our house in peace and without opposite, totally renovated ideally located on the dune of the beach of Pouldu in Santec, awaits you!
the house has a living room-stay equipped with a chimney, the kitchen is done up and equipped.
In the cellar a washing machine and dryer are at your disposal.
On the floor 3 rooms among which 2 equipped with beds 160 x200 (new), the 3rd room is equipped with a bunk bed 3 places, a fourth bed is possible in bed 80 x160.
The garden of 700 m2 has a beautiful terrace of 30 m2 and gives access on the dune and the beach (110 meters).
Enjoy swimming, beautiful walks by the sea with a view of the island of Batz!
Our house is ideally located close to Roscoff.

Fijn huis dicht bij zee

Mooi, modern huis, in de duinen. Dichtbij groot strand. Goede bedden en zeer uitgebreide keukenuitrusting. Rustig gelegen met weidse vergezichten. Bakker en supermarkt niet al te ver weg. Hond mocht mee.Wandelen (GR 34) en Bretonse cultuur.

Das Ferienhaus von Yvon und Anne ist einfach perfekt - das gilt für die Lage, die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Wir haben selten ein so sauberes und schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus gehabt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, egal ob Fahrräder, Stand-up-Paddle, Spiele, Bretagne-Wanderführer, Küchenausstattung, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme, Handtücher, deutsche TV-Sender und und und - alles war vorhanden. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt, und unsere Hunde haben den Garten geliebt. Der Küsten-Wanderweg und ein toller, menschenleerer Strand liegen direkt hinter dem Haus. Dank 30er-Zone und wenig Verkehr stört auch die Straße vor dem Haus gar nicht. Nachts kann man das Meeresrauschen hören. Mit dem Auto oder dem Fahrrad ist man sehr schnell in Roscoff.

Une maison de vacances au top !

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine en famille dans cette maison à deux pas de la mer ! Très bien équipée , rien ne manque ! Une très belle et grande maison dans une région splendide ! Ne pas hésiter à venir séjourner dans cette location de vacances. Nous y reviendrons sans soucis. Les propriétaires sont très accessibles et sympathiques.

Sehr sauberes Ferienhaus mit Handtücher und Bettwäsche- Service, sehr freundliche Vermieter, die auf das Wohl der Mieter bedacht sind, ruhige Wohngegend, direkt an wunderschönem weißen Sandstrand , typische Felsen fehlen dennoch nicht, für alle Altersstrukturen ein Erlebnis- Schwimmen/ Baden, Wandern, Radfahren, Paddeln oder einfach nur sonnenbaden im Garten. Einfach perfekt!

Séjour parfait

Belle maison avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour se sentir chez soi, les propriétaires charmants! Calme et paysages à perte de vue, à 2 mn à pied d'une grande plage de sable fin. Le soleil était au rdv, ce qui nous a permis de faire de belles balade pour découvrir les environs de Santec et alentours de Roscoff. Bref, un séjour parfait en famille. Wunderschön - einfach ankommen, wohlfühlen und entspannen! DANKE !!!

Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub verbracht. Das lichtdurchflutete Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, großartig ausgestattet (Küche super!!!) und hat eine absolut perfekte Lage unmittelbar hinter der Düne am Strand. Oft haben wir am Tag einfach unserer "Ausstattung" gewechselt, angepasst an Ebbe, Flut und Wind und mal den Drachen, mal das SUP und mal das Surfbrett mitgenommen. Das war sehr unkompliziert und hinterher ging es schnell unter die Außendusche mit Warmwasser! - für die Kinder ein Traum! Vor dem Haus verläuft eine kleine Landstraße mit wenig Verkehrsaufkommen, aber vielen netten Fahrradtruppen und Wanderern. So etwas finden wir immer ganz gut. Die Betten (das ist ja für viele Reisende sehr wichtig): sehr fest/eher hart und damit sehr bequem -für uns optimal. Häufig waren wir in Roscoff und St. Pol de Leon zum Bummeln und Essen - gute Hygienekonzepte und Kontrolle der Impfzertifikate - hervorragend!. Kleiner Bäcker in Santec - topp! Doch leider hat die Coronapandemie nicht vor der Bretagne stopp gemacht - auch vor Ort sind nicht alle Bistros verschont geblieben, so dass wir unterwegs in kleineren Orten wie z.B. am Strand in La Dossen ein Teil der Gastronomie geschlossen erlebt haben. Wer einen Ausflug plant: unbedingt vorher klären, wie das Hygienekonzept ist und ob man Online-Tickets reservieren/kaufen muss (z.B. Oceanopolis in Brest) oder der Ablauf vor Ort ist, das hilft bei der Tagesplanung sehr, gerade wenn man mit kleineren Kindern unterwegs ist, und ist dank WLAN im Haus gar kein Problem. Très belle maison idéalement située

Villa moderne, très agréable et hyper équipée (intérieur et extérieur). Idéalement située à 50 mètres de la plage. Point de chute recommandé pour petites ou grandes escapades dans le Finistère Nord. Agréable propriété loin du tumulte touristique rencontré à Roscoff ou les stations balnéaires situées quelques kilomètres à l’ouest. Néanmoins tous les commerces nécessaires sont à 5mn en voiture. La plage se situe juste derrière la maison. La maison est très bien équipée, rien ne manque. Pour les fins gourmets, la cuisine permet de rendre honneur au terroir local. Nous recommandons sans réserve et reviendrons . Propriétaire sympathique et communiquant.

Wunderbares Haus, toller Standort

Das Haus in Santec ist für einen Bretagne-Urlaub wirklich sehr gut geeignet: Näher könnte Ein wunderschöner Strand kaum sein, aber es ist so groß und komfortabel, dass auch Regentage kein Problem sind. Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet und absolut sauber. Anne und Yvon sind außerdem sehr nette und hilfreiche Gastgeber!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Das relativ neue Ferienhaus liegt nur zwei Gehminuten zu einem wunderschönen Strand und ist bestens ausgestattet! Die Ausstattung ist modern und trotzdem liebevoll so dass man sich gerne im Haus aufhält und sich wohl fühlt! Der Empfang durch den Vermieter war sehr freundlich und man hat gleich noch etwas über die Geschichte des Hauses und der Umgebung erfahren. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, es wurde an alles gedacht. Ebenso sind eine moderne Waschmaschine und ein Trockner vorhanden. Es gibt IPTV (allerdings keine deutschen Sender) und ein schnelles und stabiles Internet (WiFi). Die Betten sind bequem und man schläft auch dank der sehr ruhigen Lage am Ortsrand bestens. Alles in allem das schönste Ferienhaus, das wir je hatten!

Maison neuve équipée de tout le confort moderne. Electromenager au Top. Internet avec box Tv. Lumineuse avec ses grandes ouvertures, oscillobattantes, volets roulants électriques à impulsion...température idéale toute la journée. Propreté impeccable. Vous ne manquerez de rien! Idéalement située à 100m à pied d'une magnifique plage au sable blanc avec vue partielle sur l'île de Batz. Aire de Jeu pour petits à 100m aussi. Commerces et grandes surfaces à proximité. Perfektes modernes Haus direkt am Meer

Wunderschönes Haus im Bauhaus-ähnlichem Stil. Der Strand und das Meer sind direkt hinter der Wiese auf der Rückseite des Hauses. Moderne Küche, Waschmaschine, ...alles was das Herz begehrt. Leider kann man das Meer nicht vom Haus aus sehen, weil der Deich etwas zu hoch ist, aber nachts kann man das Meer sehr gut hören. Die Gegened ist sehr ruhig. Nachts ist es mucksmäuschen still, bis auf das Rauschen des Meeres eben. Der Fusssballplatz direkt nebenan, stellt keine Lärmbelästigung dar. Er wird wenig benutzt. Das tolle aber, man kann ihn selbst nutzen! War für uns super! Einige km entfernt befinden sich Supermärkte in St Pol de Leon. Roscoff ist ein beschauliches Städchen mit vielen Touristen. Uns hat es ausgezeichnet gefallen.

We had a wonderful two weeks at the house. It has everything that you need , is well equipped and the location was perfect for us . The house is well designed and comfortable , we felt at home which made our stay all the more special.Yvon and Anne our hosts were very kind and helpful and we would certainly stay again.

Très jolie maison neuve conforme au descriptif, il ne manque rien!

Nous venons de passer une semaine de vacances ,5 adultes et 2 enfants de 2 et 4 ans (3 générations), dans cette maison à 50 metres d'une plage de sable fin et avec une belle vue sur la campagne vallonnée . Le jardin est clos aucun soucis avec les petits et l'endroit est très calme et reposant pour nos enfants qui vivent à Paris. La maison est lumineuse et joliment meublée. Nous avons aussi apprécié la jolie vaisselle ainsi que le linge de lit et les serviettes de toilettes ! Nous conseillons vivement cette location à toutes les personnes qui recherchent un endroit pour visiter Roscoff et ses alentours.

bonjour, nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Santec, dans cette maison entièrement renovée avec goût et très fonctionnelle! la plage est juste à côté de la maison , nous avons fait de belles balades le long du sentier côtier, et Roscoff c'est super! nous avons été très bien accueilli par Anne et Yvon, nous reviendrons cet hiver!
