Pretty house renovated on large landscaped 750m2.
7min walk from the station, served by the SNCF. Paris Gare de l'Est in 2 stations (17min). RER A nearby can reach Disney and Val d'Europe in a few minutes.
Olympic Base at 300m walk. Bords de Marne, park Noisiel, Chateau Champs sur Marne nearby.
Downtown and close shops.
The house of about 65m2 includes living room (TV), dining room with open kitchen fully equipped (oven, microwave, Nespresso, induction hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen equipment) , master bedroom with bed 160x200cm with private bathroom (walk-in shower). A second room with 2 beds 90x190cm + corner office. A second bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
Covered terrace equipped with table + chairs overlooking very beautiful flower garden with barbecue area.
Garage 1 car + 1 parking space on the ground, motorized gate.
