Great location
The location is only about a block from the beach so that was perfect. The apartment was cute. Be aware that there is only ONE air conditioning unit in the apartment located in the bedroom and it does not cool the whole apartment. When we arrived, the owner had been out of town and unfortunately, the air conditioner nor the ceiling fans were left on for us so it was about 110 degrees in the apartment. We quickly turned the air conditioning unit and the ceiling fans one to get the air circulating. PRO TIP: put a towel over the door leading out to the balcony (from the living room) to help with the hot temp in the apartment. It helped A LOT! The owner was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. If my husband and I were younger, we would probably stay here again...but at our age...those steps leading up to the apartment just about killed us. LOL The apartment was very near some really good restaurants and getting a taxi to El Centro only costs 50 pesos so well worth it in the extreme heat of summer!
