Moments to Red Mountain Resort
A cozy studio at the edge of heaven; ski mountains, meadows and trees, "It is really a peaceful beautiful spot; picture perfect". In the winter enjoy skiing, Black Jack Ski Club's miles of groomed cross country trails are just a few glides away and RED Resort is just across the highway about a kilometer away (drive to downhill ski).
In the summer enjoy wildflowers, birds and wildlife viewing (any maybe the owner's extensive garden!).
The residence that the studio is in was built in 2006 and features high quality finishing and craftsmanship inside and out. It's situated on rural 5 acres and is the studio in the basement of the owners home.
Steps away from Aladar’s Guest Cabin, If you have more than 2 people, message us and we can see if the cabin is available as well.
This suite is equipped to sleep two people (queen bed) Offers a full bathroom with bathtub, workspace, Kitchenette fully equipped with mini fridge, hot plate, coffee maker, microwave, rice maker, kettle and toaster. The internet can be spotty and slow here, it’s a good space to unplug.
Featuring in-floor heat and separate entrance.
MINIMUM STAY POLICY
4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!
BED CONFIGURATION

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 30 DAYS OR MORE
This require an Occupancy Agreement to be signed by Guests and an addition Property Condition Guarantee will be required to be paid, at the time of booking, by e-transfer or credit card (50% of monthly rental rate). Additional pet deposit required for pet friendly properties (approval required).
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper and dishwasher tabs are provided.
*Bookings 27 nights and longer are tax exempt. Get in touch for details
