Located in exclusive Point Rendezvous, Arco Iris boast panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea that will take your breath away. Your mornings will never be the same once you experience the Sunrise over stunning Fish Bay.

This striking Villa offers a chance to “get away from it all” but is just ten minutes from the amazing dinning, shopping and activities of Cruz Bay and only fourteen minutes from the Northshore Beaches.

Arco Iris features three equal-size king bedrooms with air conditioning. Each room has en-suite bathrooms, individual balconies/patio and fabulous views of Fish Bay. You will also enjoy the private indoor/outdoor showers that allow you to gaze into the Caribbean.

The fully air conditioned large open-concept great room and kitchen takes entertaining to a new level. Four sets of sliding glass doors frame the room allowing you to admire the view from anywhere in the room. A wide covered balcony wraps the great room creating true indoor/outdoor living spaces. You will look forward to sharing meals on the balcony while soaking in the ambiance.

A 10 x 20 saltwater chlorinated swimming pool featuring a 6-foot-long swim up seating bench is the centerpiece of the tiled outdoor-patio. This spacious area is furnished with chaise loungers, a comfortable conversation seating set and an outdoor Ping Pong Table for your entertainment.

You'll find an assortment landscaping including many palms growing on this remarkable property.

For your convenience, a large closet contains beach chairs, coolers, a beach umbrella and an assortment of masks and snorkels.

Easy access driveway with turnaround and ample parking spaces awaits your arrival.

The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-2 occupancy. Each additional guest above 2 is charged a per person per nights fee. Please enter the correct TOTAL number of guests including children when booking the property. Only paying guests are allowed on the property.

Enough room for a family of 5, rooms had their own entry which was nice. Views from the house were absolutely spectacular!! The drive to the house was a little rough and steep so definitely rent a jeep. Everyone loved the 2 outdoor showers.

Easy family stay in St John

We loved our stay and having plenty of space to enjoy the view and a great location for exploring the whole island for our first family trip to the area. The house would better accomodate three couples but it worked for our family of five to have king beds, AC, the pool, outdoor showers, deck seating, ping pong table, and plenty of snorkel gear. The house manager welcomed us with food, advice and tidbits, and made sure our AC was keeping us cool. The house was easy and clean and had all we needed for the week. It has weathered a lot of island wear and tear and visitors but we enjoyed the ease of staying at Arco Iris and making forever lasting family memories!

Great Stay in St. John

This was an excellent property for our recent trip to St. John. Everything was as described in the listing. The house was amazingly clean and everything was in great shape. The view was absolutely incredible as was the location - very easy and quick to get into Cruz Bay! Working with the property management was great as well - very responsive to any questions or needs! The beach chairs, coolers, etc. were greatly appreciated as well! I would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation with a Marriage Proposal

Beautiful relaxing stay

Such a wonderful experience all the way around. From the property manager guiding us there after showing us a market to pick up a few things and helping us with information about the island to waking up to a beautiful view of the waves crashing in the distance! Kitchen has everything you could need and outdoor closet had all the beach necessities! One of the most relaxing places I have ever stayed! 100/10!!!

We enjoyed the house and porch and view so much that we didnt even go anywhere but the grocery store to get food for dinner for several days. It is a super nice area of the island and co Venice to Star market, Cruz bay, restaurants and the beautiful beaches (if you feel like leaving the house).

Great views great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Arco Iris. The views are beautiful and pool and the villa are very private. It’s a quick 10 minute drive into town just be careful on the hilly roads especially driving on the opposite side then in the US. The indoor/outdoor style shower in the master is the most spectacular view! We went to different beaches every morning but often enjoyed getting takeout for dinner and eating on the outdoor porches and also sitting by the pool in the afternoon. Sunsets every morning were picture perfect.

Fantastic home

Arco Iris is a beautiful million dollar+ home overlooking fish bay. The only downside, the main area of the house did not have any air conditioning...so we all sweated pretty good while we cooked dinner and our guests didn’t want to hang out for very long because of the heat. The rooms were nice and cool. The pool is refreshing and the view is spectacular. Definitely would stay again.

Spent 8 days at Arco Iris with our two young 20s kids. We all loved the house. The layout was great with the bedrooms all like separate hotel rooms. Amazing views, loved sitting on the deck and watching turtles in the bay and iguanas by the pool. The outdoor showers were a big plus. House was well stocked with everything we needed for beach days, cooking and we also used the board games a few nights. Location was also good, close enough to Cruz bay but quiet. We loved St John and would definitely stay at Arco Iris again!

Great sunrise

Panoramic views from the long deck. Location is great and centrally located. Kitchen was well stocked with amenities and there were plenty of beach floats and snorkel gear. Very comfortable and relaxing stay. Only issue was we didn’t have water our first and last morning and it wasn’t overly warm. Property Manager fixed the problem within 15 minutes the first morning. We left too early to get it taken care of on the last day otherwise they would have been quick to assist as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the attentiveness of the property manager.

Overall, Arco Iris was amazing. The views and the pool were just right. Not far from the beaches, maybe 20 mins. Some things to consider before renting…the power went out multiple times and sometimes it was 6 or more hours before it came back on. One time the power went out and we lost all water. We couldn’t flush toilets or wash our hands. The property manager said to let him know when the power came back on because he needed to prime the water pump. There is no generator on property if the power goes out. We’ve been to St John before and stayed at other VRBO’s, this was the first one that did not have a generator. We also had lots of bugs in our room. We would rebook Arco Iris and now we know what to expect when the power goes out with no generator. The pool was so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the host had some food in the fridge on our arrival which was great. They also had beach chairs, coolers and a beach umbrella to use. We look forward to going back!

Loving Arco Iris

We have been vacationing here for over 20 years and this is the best place we have stayed. This is a great property. The location gives access to wonderful breezes and an idyllic view of the Caribbean. It is also away from the hustle and bustle of Cruz bay but not too far away. The house is as good or better than advertised. The kitchen is well stocked, there is a “taste and replace”bar area with jiggers, wine stoppers and a martini shaker. The outside is well furnished on both levels. We are planning on returning here next year. The rental company was great. They have been available for questions and even had some complimentary goodies in the fridge when we arrived. Can’t wait to get back here.

We are Jeff and Jennie O'Bryan from Nashville, TN. From the first moment we stepped off of the Ferry and on to the island twelve years ago, we have shared the dream of one day own a home in St. John. Every time we vacationed here we would have the same conversation, "Can you imagine if we could one day move here?" Well, this past year when I said this to Jennie she replied, "Why not us?" We started investigating to see what it would take to make it happen. Ok, in all honesty, Jennie started investing and I am so blessed that she did. We have always dreamed of a family legacy and having a place our four kids and us can create lasting memories and shared experiences. To our surprise, it was possible!

Living in Nashville is amazing for our family. It is a fantastic city with so much to offer; Music, Arts, Professional Sports, a great Culinary Scene and local lakes. We love to spend time on the lake or take in live music around the city. But with that comes all the other headaches, traffic, a busy work scheduled, kids and school schedules and of course cold weather! Arco Iris now allows our family to escape and truly relax and enjoy paradise.

Why they chose this property

Arco Iris means "Rainbow" in Spanish. I can truly say that Arco Iris is our "Pot of Gold" at the end of the rainbow. Once we made the decision that it was possible, Jennie and I set out on a search of the perfect home away from home. Again, I have to tell you how blessed I am to have an amazing wife. Jennie launched an in-depth exploration with endless hours of research. Ironically, the first house she showed me online was Arco Iris! Boy, can she picks them right the first time? Even though we ultimately toured twelve different properties, Arco Iris had us in love from the moment we saw it.

When we first pulled in the driveway and approached the doorway Jennie and I melted at the view. Peeking through doorway to the balcony we saw the sun glistening off the blue Caribbean and the view was stunning to us. We never got past that moment with any other property we visited. The open concept of the kitchen - great room is perfect for our large family. We love to entertain and the wrap around balcony provides extensive indoor / outdoor living space to relax or live it up!

The huge pool deck is amazing, especially for all the family guest we plan on having there with us. There is plenty of space to spread out. Places to sunbath or if your sunned out relax in the shaded sitting around. Swim in the pool or simply relax with a drink sitting in the water on the six-foot pool bench.

What makes this property unique

First, if you have ever visited St. John you know that there are amazing hills with fantastic views. However, that means that most home have extreme driveways usually without turnaround spots! Arco Iris' drive is ample, level and provides a turn-around spot, very important! Trust me....

The Three Private King Suites with A/C allows couples or families the privacy they desire. Also, it is a great perk not to argue over which couple gets what room because they are all amazing.

There is also beautiful landscaping and stepping stones that allows you to take a stroll through the property.

Jennie and I hope you fall in love with Arco Iris just like we did!
